Star Systems of the Galaxy on StarWars.com (current version) (backup link) (previous version) has a list of basically every single astronomical object ever mentioned in a piece of Star Wars media (Canon and Legends alike). If any kind of astronomical object or space station is mentioned, it will have an entry on this page, at least eventually. Every location seems to just be placed within a system that's just its name + the word system, so I've been doing research on where all these systems' namesake comes from, and am amazed by the obscurity of some of these sources. So this list is made to illustrate that.
This table lists every system, it's namesake (the reason it was added to the appendix in the first place), where in the galaxy it is, and where the object originated. It'll also include systems prematurely if they are placed on a map before the appendix is updated, or if their grid square, region, and sector (for regions that normally have sectors) is known. Unlisted systems that meet the same criteria will also be added, regardless if whether the info comes from Legends or Canon.
The map is based on the
Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com (article) (backup link) and the
Star Systems of the Galaxy on StarWars.com (current version) (backup link) (previous version), so assume that any placements will conform to the current map first and to information from the appendix. Since Jason Fry considers the Legends placement canon, other than on a few exceptions,[1] and since most canon placements follow the general sector borders laid out in The Essential Atlas Online Companion extras, assume those will be used even when a placement is just "aesthetic." Since the original appendix was written with Legends information in mind, and it has been updated to align more with Legends sources,[2][3] Legends information will be used to make placements, even just aesthetic ones. Also, all maps are sized to align with the Star Wars Galaxy Map (using the grid as a reference), with any border changes made in the Canon map reflected in the changed positions of systems that otherwise use a Legends source as their basis. As in, a Mid Rim system placed in what is now the Expansion Region, moved back into the Mid Rim, their position displaced by the changed border according to their original position.
For the origin, if an object first appeared unidentified, but was then given a name later in reference to its original appearances, I am not counting that as a retcon. However, if the planet was unidentified and then was later identified as a planet that first independently appeared later, I am counting that as a retcon and not its original appearance (see Mygeeto and Oben as examples). I am only considering a system as being planetnamia (the system was created based on a name implying a location, and thus its namesake and origin is based on the name and not the system created based on the name)[4] if the system was created first and/or it was placed on a map first before an astronomical object was actually identified. If a species or otherwise is given a planetnamia-esque homeworld in a source that's not just a map or the appendix, I'm still counting that as its origin. For the systems that are planetnamia, the first source to actually identify the species or otherwise is counted as the origin (the first time it appeared unidentified will be noted), since that is the first time a system/location is actually implied, which is why planetnamia is done in the first place.
If you see any errors, feel free to correct them if you want! However, if you disagree with one of my speculative/aesthetic choices, please go to my talk page before making an edit. If I revert your edit, and you feel particularly strong about it, please also go to the talk page to discuss.

(backup link) (screenshot) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas and a number of maps in the current Star Wars canon (see a list here), stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for examples like Icindric caviar or Cusverian in relation to the Icindra and Cusver systems.
- ↑ 5.0 5.1 5.2 5.3 Used the placement of Gree from the Star Wars Galaxy Map and the placement of Asation from
The Essential Atlas Extra: Outer Rim Sectors on StarWars.com (article) (backup link) as reference for sizing and rotation.
- ↑ 6.0 6.1 6.2 6.3 6.4 6.5 Described as remote, placed far away from other locations.
- ↑ 7.0 7.1 7.2 Moved from original location to conform more with the borders of the Gree Enclave as seen in
The Essential Atlas Extra: Outer Rim Sectors on StarWars.com (article) (backup link), because The Gree Enclave map is not to scale.
- ↑ Rychel is invaded by the Yuuzhan Vong after Helska IV, due to where Star Wars: Invasion takes place in the timeline. I placed it on the yellow line after Helska.
- ↑ Where rare crystals come from, placed far from other locations.
- ↑ 10.0 10.1 10.2 10.3 10.4 The in-game map is a nightmare to match up with the main map because of the perspective. I used StarWarsCartographer's maps as a guide. Specifically
StarWarsCartographer (starwarscartographer) on DeviantArt: Star Wars - The Old Republic Map (backup link), as it actually lines up with the updated placements pretty well.
- ↑ Ore rich yet primitive and unconquered until the Galactic Civil War, so placed far from the charted route.
- ↑ Mentioned in a "from A-Z" sort of statement, so I placed it on the end of the route before going into Wild Space.
- ↑ A remote location with an Imperial prison, placed far from other routes but near Rimcee Station, another Imperial location.
- ↑ Location of an Imperial prison, placed near the charted route, but far enough away to make it difficult to get to.
- ↑ 15.0 15.1 Moved to be placed on the canon mapped line, slightly to the right to match the route's movement from the previous position.
- ↑ This map is warped in the scan I have, so lining it up is very difficult. The placement for this system is still based on the map, but it isn't placed as strictly as I would for other non-warped maps.
- ↑ Home of a crime lord, placed far away from other locations.
- ↑ Shipping port and refueling station, placed on Veragi Trade Route.
- ↑ Since it's a Imperial station, I placed it close to the route, rather than farther away.
- ↑ Placed near the trade route and another location, rather than super far away from it, considering its military history.
- ↑ Trassitan seems to be placed in the same place as Oru is on the Canon map, so I moved it slightly forward on the route.
- ↑ Placed along the yellow route from Sernpidal to Seline, since the events depicted on Vonak in Invasion 0, Part 1 are meant to take place after Vector Prime where Sernpidal is invaded and destroyed.
- ↑ Meant to be close to Zakuul, this will be fixed soon. I placed it on the edge of Wild Space according to The Essential Atlas (The Fate of Outbound Flight), so as to be as close to Zakuul as possible (when the original appendix came out), I'll just keep my original location until I get around to Zakuul.
- ↑ 24.0 24.1 Placed far enough away so as to not still be within Wild Space.
- ↑ Imperial Remnant governed planet, probably somewhat near the route, but not too close since it feels a little more remote than that.
- ↑ Someone like Domina Tagge would be able secure the rights to a planet on a route, placed on one.
- ↑ 27.0 27.1 Placed in the expanded border on what I imagine to still be the Perinn sector.
- ↑ Colony of Kalee, placed nearby.
- ↑ Personal retreat for Sith Lord Darth Plagueis, placed far away from other locations.
- ↑ Moved to the border of the Outer Rim, similar to Kalee.
- ↑ From the way it's described it seems like a somewhat strategic location, so placed near the route.
- ↑ Contains an attraction well known on Bescane, placed on the route between Bescane and Jaemus.
- ↑ Rebel outpost, probably somewhat near a hyperspace lane, but not close so as to avoid Imperials.
- ↑ Homeworld of a dish that Luke Skywalker himself considers one of his favorite, and a dish that Jedi Master Sskeer likes as well. It's probably on a trade route to have that sort of reach.
- ↑ Tourist destination with resort, most likely on a trade route.
- ↑ A place where Cracken was captured by the Empire, probably not somewhere directly on a trade route, but nearby.
- ↑ The Yuuzhan Vong captured this world after they captured Dantooine and presumably Ord Trasi. Since the capture of Ord Sedra occurs after these battles, I put Shramar between Ord Trasi and Ord Sedra
- ↑ Placed along Myto's Arrow, but considering its affect on starships, I moved it just off the route.
- ↑ There's a pretty good chance that this is placed on this grid square and within the Relgim sector because the system is on the part of the route that crosses into this square.
- ↑ It seems to be in the same position as Korrus, so I moved it slightly back on the route.
- ↑ From its one mention it sounds like somewhat of a backwater planet, placed near Lah'mu.
- ↑ Described as being located in deep space, far from any lanes or jump points.
- ↑ Placed near the lanes and not near "deep space" where the Hero Twins are supposed to be.
- ↑ It's already in a remote sector of the galaxy by being in the Chopani sector, but I didn't want it anywhere near the Chopani Void so I placed it closer to Raioballo while still not being near other locations.
- ↑ Sounds like a backwater planet, placed near Alurion and Lah'mu, while being farther away to the route.
- ↑ 46.0 46.1 A seemingly multi-cell phenomena placed within only 1 cell. Assuming this placement is based on its center, I placed it nearest to it as possible.
- ↑ 47.0 47.1 Based on the timeline of Nuso Esva and his campaign, Braccio and Tantsor are probably somewhat close to Quethold and Oristrom.
- ↑ Placed in Wild Space according to The Essential Atlas (The Fate of Outbound Flight).
- ↑ Remote planet that the Empire nonetheless used for communication, placed nearest to Derosha, another place with Imperial presence.
- ↑ 50.0 50.1 50.2 Placed outside of Wild Space according to The Essential Atlas (The Fate of Outbound Flight).
- ↑ 51.0 51.1 The Quesoth and the Stromma were warring species and eventual allies, implying that they're close together.
- ↑ Placed outside the borders of the Outer Rim in Legends, moved to account for the movement of the borders in canon.
- ↑ A prison with a lot of inmates already located within a remote area on the planet. The location would probably be on a route, so as to not make it very visible, harder for those trying to escape, easy for those trying to arrive.
- ↑ 54.0 54.1 From the way it's described Brunet sounds like the one on the route and Khonji system sounds like the one off course.
- ↑ Placed near Alashan because of similarities in their backstories
- ↑ Placed somewhat near the route, as it's apparently has a lot going on and people travel there for honeymoons.
- ↑ Placed on the edge of the Outer Rim, on what's probably still the Velcar sector.
- ↑ 58.0 58.1 Both placed in an unincorporated Candoras sector. Under the Legends border, I probably would've placed these in Prefsbelt, somewhere between Marquarra and Comra, as that seems like there's enough room near the edge for a freestanding subsector. Since the borders have expanded I have moved them closer to edge as they are described and put them below Aynaboni. Spillwater placed closer to the edge as to be more vulnerable to Nuso Esva.
- ↑ Placed where Aris was placed on the Pentastar Alignment map, since Albarrio and Aris were the same thing in Legends.
- ↑ Could be an exotic location that the Empire had access too, placed near two mining world as that seems in character.
- ↑ Could be an exotic location that the Empire had access too, placed near a mining world as that seems in character.
- ↑ As a location that has been terraformed as a Star Tours tourist destination, I can't imagine its far from the route, probably close to the banking planet.
- ↑ 63.0 63.1 Caraxl and Mamkoda are three days away from eachother in the same sector, but are in neighboring cells. I placed them near the borders of said cells.
- ↑ Apparently invaded before Dantooine, which doesn't make sense if The Essential Atlas map is true. Placed along the yellow line from Morishim to Ord Biniir, as it's supposed to be uninhabited, which would place it probably somewhere remote.
- ↑ Placed within the First Order's territory according to the Cold War map on Battles that Changed the Galaxy.
- ↑ Home to a military base, probably on a route.
- ↑ From the way its described, it sounds like its near Caraxl and Mamkoda.
- ↑ 68.00 68.01 68.02 68.03 68.04 68.05 68.06 68.07 68.08 68.09 68.10 68.11 68.12 68.13 68.14 Sounds like at least somewhat remote location, placed an appropriate distance away from a route or other locations.
- ↑ In the Tadrin subsector, placed near all the other locations in that sector. At one point exported iron, so probably on a route.
- ↑ Placed near Fest, another Imperial world, as it seems fitting given Gree Baaker's history.
- ↑ I imagine it's in a strategic location on a route since it faced military action.
- ↑ A pre-hyperdrive planet with no interplanetary capabilities. It describes them as "remaining neutral" which could suggest they have had contact with other systems and made neutrality clear, or that could be Tarkin's way of saying they haven't gotten involved and are peaceful. I think the second is more likely.
- ↑ Having an alcoholic beverage named after you, probably suggests a trade relation with other systems, placed on route.
- ↑ 74.0 74.1 74.2 It seems like it would be near a route based on its description.
- ↑ 75.0 75.1 Assuming StarWarsCartographer is basing their map on the map from the game (which seems to be the case because it's accurate on a lot of fronts), I'm putting this here to match up with their placement, just in the correct grid cell.
- ↑ The map on this book is really off scale, the placements are very generally based on this map.
- ↑ Placed near Dassal, another location where secret neo-Imperial experiments were happening.
- ↑ Either its placement is a reference to Ansion or the statement in the comic is a reference to its placement, either way, placing it near Ansion.
- ↑ 79.0 79.1 These planets are meant to be an alliance with each other, they're probably close to each other. Since the alliance is named after Malari, its probably one of the planets on the route.
- ↑ 80.0 80.1 Lakra are the settlers and Kariek is the colony, meaning that Kariek is probably farther away from the Mid Rim.
- ↑ 81.0 81.1 Both were attacked by pirates, so they were probably close to the Mid Rim, I imagine Thuna is closer since the pirates knew of a groundquake in this system and used it as their opportunity.
- ↑ Flacharia and Esfandia are in Wild Space, despite being outside of its supposed borders in The Essential Atlas (The Fate of Outbound Flight). I assume it extends more towards them, so I placed Veroleem farther north.
- ↑ 83.0 83.1 83.2 Is within the Dreighton Nebula. Assuming the point on the map is the nebula's center, and considering Aeten II's position while still being in the nebula, I placed it near that point.
- ↑ Home to a secret Jedi prison, placed in a remote spot.
- ↑ Home to an Imperal prison, placed near Troska and Dreighton, two locations with an Imperial presence.
- ↑ On the edge of Imperial space, I'm assuming that means near the edge of the Outer Rim generally. Placed near other Imperial locations.
- ↑ "Remote" at least during the Old Republic. Placed near Adumar.
- ↑ Agricultural planet controlled by the First Order, put near where I imagine all those former Imperial prisons to be.
- ↑ On the edge of the Unknown Regions, with a Rebel presence, tried to put it far enough away from the Imperial locations.
- ↑ Placed near Spalex because of the mining connection.
- ↑ Has a refinery and a Rebel encampment while being a jungle planet, so placed near the route but not on it.
- ↑ Colony of the Ubese, placed near their planet.
- ↑ Might be on the route since a popular joke involves a creature from this system, which implies that people would understand what it was or where it's from.
- ↑ It being somewhere Wanten wants to be promoted doesn't necessarily mean it's particularly well known or near a route, it could just be a nice place.
- ↑ Moved to the Fath sector, I don't know why. Judging from its description and previous placement on the route. It's probably not far from the route.
- ↑ Since the First Order uses this planet to smuggle arms from Outer Rim, I imagine it's on the route.
- ↑ Probably near the route to Yaga Minor, since Pellaeon serves it on the way there.
- ↑ Has mynocks, could be near their homeworld. That would place it farther away from the route, fitting its description as a place to hide from Imperials.
- ↑ As a tourist spaceport space station, I can't imagine it's not on a trade route.
- ↑ Colonized by Ithorians, placed nearby Ithor.
- ↑ 101.0 101.1 The Burna Trade Route and Entana Run are supposed to form the boundary of Urce Space. The systems that share their name are both located in the Cademimu sector, so they can only really form the upper or side boundaries of Urce Space, since Urce is all the way at the bottom of the cell. I placed them on either side of Cademimu, so they could form the side boundaries.
- ↑ 102.0 102.1 Depatar and Lost Souls are supposed to be near eachother, and judging by their descriptions, these two are relatively remote.
- ↑ 103.0 103.1 103.2 103.3 There's a bunch of swamp and jungle planets in the Halthor sector, so I put them close together, would make the various activities happening not that far from Imperial planets more plausible.
- ↑ Probably somewhat closer to Ithor, as that was a battleground during the Mandalorian Wars, also this system is probably the namesake of the Halthor sector, which means it probably near the center of part of it, so I placed it near the center of that right part.
- ↑ A number of canon locations that originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity lack specific entries in the "Star Systems of the Galaxy" appendix, but in the Legends continuity were located in star systems that are listed in the appendix with a name different than that location, such as Vergesso Prime's location in the Lybeya system. Per Email from on July 31, 2025 — Used with permission, the appendix's author Jason Fry indicated that the canon locations should be considered to be located in the corresponding canon systems of the same name as the Legends system.
- ↑ I imagine a void would be somewhat far away from other locations.
- ↑ 107.0 107.1 107.2 107.3 A system within Chiss Space, yet outside its main territory, or a system the Chiss otherwise had encountered or inhabited in the Unknown Regions, probably close to the other similar "Chiss" system(s).
- ↑ 108.0 108.1 It's reasonable to assume that Hibrath leads to Obsidia since you have to go through one to reach the other. Also, Obsidia is placed on a direct path to Exegol, since it's another Sith planet.
- ↑ I received an email from Jason Fry when I inquired about whether the system seen at the end of The Force Awakens was different than the Ilum system. He responded "To be honest the lore is (quite literally) all over the map with what's happening there. For galaxy map purposes, Ilum = Starkiller Base is all I need to know. Happily, in this case...." If these are in fact distinct systems, then Starkiller Base system would be right next to Ilum, as any source that places Starkiller Base on a map just uses Ilum's placement, further proving to me that it's the same system.
- ↑ It's not far from Starkiller Base.
- ↑ Set up near the entry of the Redoubt. I imagine that entrance is facing the broader Chiss Ascendancy.
- ↑ Placed near other First Order systems.
- ↑ 113.0 113.1 113.2 113.3 113.4 113.5 This system is in the funny part of the map known as the Wild West. Previously, this western part of the map was just the Unknown Regions and Wild Space, now there are planets that are in defined regions. What constitutes a system being in one of these newly defined regions and not the previous vaguely defined regions seems (at times) entirely arbitrary. I tried my best to make a rational placement that still allows the "old" and "new" regions to coexist.
- ↑ 114.0 114.1 Koke Frost, Lost Murvey, and Benath are in Wild Space, meanwhile Griq and the Redoubt are in the Unknown Regions. I am assuming these form a sort of border for Unknown/Wild Space.
- ↑ 115.0 115.1 115.2 Placed near other Killik Colony Worlds. Considering their conflict with the Chiss, I assume they are also close to their backup world.
- ↑ Sounds like a remote location, given its description. Placed far away from other locations.
- ↑ 117.0 117.1 117.2 117.3 Only planets far in the upper left corner or within the Murgo Choke could be in Wild Space, systems on the Rago Run (except Rago ironically) and systems in the freestanding portions of the Mid Rim are still considered Mid Rim. If it seems the system would be connected in some way to the wider galaxy or is reasonably reachable, I'm placing it on or near the Murgo Choke.
- ↑ Within Maraqoo, a freestanding subsector, I placed away from the Murgo Choke, but also away from other of the freestanding Mid Rim systems, as they are no in Maraqoo.
- ↑ A mining colony, probably located on a route.
- ↑ 120.0 120.1 Placed with the other freestanding Mid Rim systems.
- ↑ 121.0 121.1 Station 88 was created as a coalition between Bezim, Junction V and Vicondor. I placed Junction and Bezim around the already placed systems.
- ↑ 122.0 122.1 122.2 122.3 Zabrak colony, placed near Iridonia.
- ↑ Graveyard planet, people would have to be able to get to it, but might not be on the route, per se. Placed near the route.
- ↑ Contains Jaloria, which has the Regional Republic Headquarters, meaning it's probably on the route.
- ↑ Prison planet, probably not far from the route.
- ↑ Has Zabraks, it was probably placed here to be near Iridonia.
- ↑ As Vicondor was moved up to match the expanded Expansion Region, I moved Station 88 up as well.
- ↑ Has a military base, probably in a strategic spot near the route.
- ↑ Seems to be a relatively advanced planet, but being that it's a honeymoon spot, it could be pretty remote. I placed it near the route, but not on it.
- ↑ 130.0 130.1 130.2 The Essential Atlas and Galactic Cartography: Official Discussion (post by jasonfy) on the Jedi Council Forums' Literature board (March 26, 2011): "Of that list of systems, Gultanna, Manoe, Opitha Tren and Thory Prime were created for the appendix, basically for bookkeeping purposes so every sector would be associated with at least one system. The others are all established worlds." (backup link)
- ↑ Wherever OteroaCorp came from, their ability to set up cities on different planets all from their home base seems to suggest that they are quite technologically advanced. Placing them near the Institute of Technology, and on the route seems appropriate.
- ↑ I imagine a smuggling operation would have to be relatively close to a trade route.
- ↑ If they were outrunning Darth Vader and his TIEs, I can't imagine they went somewhere super remote, probably off, but near the route.
- ↑ Colony of the M'shinn, placed near their homeworld Genassa and on the route since it's an agriworld.
- ↑ Since it was a potential Rebel base before they decided on Hoth, it's probably remote.
- ↑ 136.0 136.1 Aleen is not in the Bright Jewel sector according to the Legends sources. I don't know if that means the Korvaii should be moved too, because if the Bright Jewel sector has been expanded, then that means Korvaii would be in it too and not in Kordu. I'm just assuming the borders are just really wonky, I'm not moving Aleen to where I think it should be, just to where it has already been defined. As for Balnab and Patitite Pattuna, they are really close together, like really close together. The shot of R2 and C-3PO's Y-wing going to Balnab clearly shows them leaving Patitite Pattuna and going to what could be its moon given its distance. Since we don't see this "moon" in the shot of them entering Patitite Pattuna, I'm assuming that the Balnab system has a double planet of Balnab and a planet that looks suspiciously like Patitite Pattuna. Therefore, I am giving myself the liberty of not putting them on top of each other on the map.
- ↑ I imagine the namesake for the sector is somewhere near the center of at least part of it.
- ↑ Only known to take place on Korvaii, but named after an unrelated system? Placed on the route from Korvaii, maybe they came from there, who knows.
- ↑ Location of a HoloNet relay, I can't imagine it not being on a route.
- ↑ On the route from Ithor, since a an Ithorian gangster was active there.
- ↑ Placed near Jarnollen and Anobis, other Imperial-controlled worlds, just closer to the route.
- ↑ Apparently in the same cell as Ord Mantell, but placed on a part of the route where it wouldn't be within that cell. From the looks of it on other maps, it may be just really close to the route, so I'm placing it further down on the route for all of this to be true.
- ↑ 143.00 143.01 143.02 143.03 143.04 143.05 143.06 143.07 143.08 143.09 143.10 143.11 143.12 143.13 143.14 143.15 143.16 143.17 143.18 143.19 143.20 143.21 143.22 143.23 143.24 143.25 Sized the map according to The Essential Atlas (The Chiss Ascendancy), moved to the left to match Csilla's position on Star Wars Galaxy Map.
- ↑ Paccosh refugees were attacked while fleeing their homeworld Rapacc. They exited near the edge of the system which is meant to be in Chiss territory, despite not actually being in Chiss Space. I placed it on the northern edge of Chiss Space (according to The Essential Atlas; moved to the left to accommodate Csilla's position on the Galaxy Map) so as to give the Paccosh a plausible direct route to Chiss Space.
- ↑ Between Csilla and Copero. I assume that means its on the Path of the Houses, and also between Cioral and Sarvchi.
- ↑ 146.0 146.1 On the Phalanx Route with Tenupe and Crustai. Tenupe is further down the route (if the route connects to Tenupe) than Crustai. I placed Catlia closer to Chiss Space as it is an outlying colony and exclave of Chiss Space, and placed them in the middle section where I imagine the route being.
- ↑ Seems remote, so I placed it between the Vagaari Corridor and the Phalanx Route, a place far from Chiss exclaves, where I imagine the Chiss aren't.
- ↑ It was probably placed here to be near where the Chiss exclaves are. I placed it nearer to the galaxy since Thrawn is working with the Empire at this point.
- ↑ Used the zoomed in box and sized the map according to Geroon's position on the Sectors of the Mid Rim map and the unlabeled red dot's position on the The Fate of Outbound Flight map (assuming the Outbound Flight crippled position is that red dot).
- ↑ The Karflo Corporation, a beamdrill manufacturer made settlements on the planet, probably near the Expansion Region's freestanding subsectorss.
- ↑ Casti Tholon, a scout who works for mining corporations, trekked through this system. It's probably near the Expansion Region's rim.
- ↑ 152.0 152.1 152.2 152.3 Is within the Utegetu Nebula. Assuming the point on the map is the nebula's center, theses systems would have to be near the nebula.
- ↑ Has to be near Utegetu's center, as it was damaged when the nebula was presumably formed by a supernova.
- ↑ At the end of the Phalanx Route and with the nebula, which presumably curves up from Crustai to the southern portion.
- ↑ Nests that abandoned the nebula resided here, within the nebula, escaping from the Qoribu system. I placed it on the edge of the nebula, between its center and the Killik Colony Worlds.
- ↑ It's in the Inner Rim, but on the edge of Wild Space, just from its coordinates. I assume, like the Expansion Region, it's sector lie closer to the right-hand side of the cell.
- ↑ I like to format the titles based on what the cover of said work shows, with deference given to the publishes on where the colons and hyphens should go. For everything that isn't video games, movies, movie novelizations, or TV shows the Star Wars title is removed, unless the title doesn't make sense without it (i.e. Star Wars Adventures, Star Wars Roleplaying Game, Star Wars Rebels, etc.). The Free Comic Book Day titles have brought an interesting change to this paradigm. Namely the Star Wars title isn't at the top of the cover, instead "Free Comic Book Day" takes precedent. For these title specifically (and I guess any strange case like it) they'll be formatted "Free Comic Book Day [Year]: [Title without the Star Wars title]." I'll also format it in StoryCite if the story in the comic has a different page (even if it's the only story in the comic), cause Wookieepedia is inconsistent about that.
- ↑ 158.0 158.1 The Juinkwy Triangle is apparently where two (or more) hyperspace routes converge. The "triangle" in name suggests it's a intersection with three lanes (as in any intersection), and it doesn't seem to be a lane previously mapped in this section of the Inner Rim. It doesn't necessarily have to be a well known route outside of the smugglers that use it, so I'm placing it on the route from Aramal where it connects to a route from Riosa to Bilbringi. Based on the descriptions of the planets, it feels like they'd be connected to each other, there definitely has to be a route from Riosa, even if the true reason for its importance is secret, and it connecting to the shipyard planet seems about right.
- ↑ Since Hafernians rarely leave their planet, and they only joined the Republic in 33 BBY I imagine it's probably a self-sufficient planet farther away from a route.
- ↑ From it's coordinates alone, it would be hard to place it super far from anything else. Considering it was once well documented, but became legendary later, it being near the long forgotten Valtava sector seems about right.
- ↑ Since Station 88 has been moved to account for the region border changes, I've moved Ryborea so that the route would still be on the route from Station 88 to Aramal.
- ↑ On their way to The Red Twins system, placed just off the route there.
- ↑ On the hyperroute between Reecee and Coruscant. Since that route doesn't seem to be mapped, I'm assuming it's on a route that connects Reecee to the Namadii Corridor.
- ↑ Home to a presumably Imperial prison, placed near Neshtab where an Imperial factory is located.
- ↑ 165.0 165.1 Related to the Waymancy Storm probably near the other related systems near Waymancy.
- ↑ I imagine Han learned about Noryokon days when he was travelling to Marquinn, so I placed it father north up the route.
- ↑ Placed near the route, but on one of the "bends" in it. I imagine Osara was chosen because of it's early prominence, but after the mundicide, the route went around it creating new prominent systems. The Alsakan conflict when this occurred is long enough ago that this isn't entirely implausible.
- ↑ 168.0 168.1 168.2 Placed on the same route as Milvayne, another Imperial world.
- ↑ For there to be a specialized academy, it's probably a well developed planet, so plausibly on the Hydian Way.
- ↑ Pijal is near Byrnum Maw's center. Placed very close to Pijal.
- ↑ A bank named after this system is on Mygeeto, home to the InterGalactic Banking Clan. I imagine it's on the main route.
- ↑ Domina Tagge sent Doctor Aphra to investigate a warehouse here because of break-in on a warehouse on Milvayne. I imagine Havel Prime is relatively close to Milvayne.
- ↑ Located in the Marcol sector alongside Barlok, placed near Barlok.
- ↑ 174.0 174.1 Located within the Wyloff sector, placed near Wyloff.
- ↑ 175.0 175.1 This system seems well developed and/or well connected to the wider galaxy. All the systems along the Hydian Way are well developed, it's plausible it would go there.
- ↑ For there to be a specialized institute, it's probably a well developed planet, so plausibly on the Hydian Way.
- ↑ Placed near where the center of the nebula seems to be according to the Chiss Ascendency map in The Essential Atlas.
- ↑ Trade hub for nations and species south and southeast of the Chiss Ascendency, placed southeast of Chiss Space according to The Essential Atlas.
- ↑ 179.0 179.1 The Hemes Arbora came to Osseriton from Carrivar via Umaren'k. I'm assuming that means Umaren'k is in between Carrivar and Osseriton.
- ↑ Three Chiss families were tricked into bringing their fleets to Hoxim. Officials from these families were on the Celwis, Sarvchi, and Copero when they decided to seize Hoxim at the same time, so I'm assuming Hoxim is somewhere near all these systems at once.
- ↑ Located along the borders of Chiss Space and the Paataatus Hiveborn's territory (near Nettehi). Since it is used by smugglers conducting black market trade between Chiss-neighboring nations, it's probably also near Zyzek, which has a similar purpose.
- ↑ 182.0 182.1 Vagar Praxut is within Kharmort's Miasma, they're going to be near each other. Placed it on the top left so as to put the Vagaari near all the other places they're supposed to be interacting with.
- ↑ 183.0 183.1 Boldavia's placement puts it around long-forgotten, legendary and Wild Space worlds. I assume there was some far-flung trade route that became lost or less accessible over time, similar to those long-forgotten worlds, thus making the Boldavian spit-spine so rare. As it so happens, the Fentersohn run apparently runs through this part of the Expansion Region too, so Fentersohn will be the route's end (and thus namesake) and Boldavia will be on it. To make all this more plausible, I placed the route as close as possible to the other Expansion Region systems.
- ↑ This is apparently the closest inhabited world to Bilbringi. This is nonsense as there are inhabited worlds in the same grid square as Bilbringi, and no matter where I placed them, they'd all be closer than Selvaris, so I'm just ignoring that tidbit and taking it as non-literal.
- ↑ I am hesitant to put any regionally defined system below Selvaris since it is strictly a Wild Space planet, so I'll place the empty sector near where I placed the Fentersohn run.
- ↑ I'm assuming a HoloNet relay station is set up so it amplifies a signal to where planets actually are, so I placed it near the route.
- ↑ The Lontars attacked Batorine, which presumably closeby.
