The Markez system was a star system located in the Tiala sector of the Mid Rim Territories. It was located in grid square K-7 on the Standard Galactic Grid[1] and contained the moon Markez Moon.[2]

The Markez system was first mentioned in the second iteration of the Star Systems of the Galaxy,[1] an appendix of star systems written by Jason Fry and released on StarWars.com on October 13, 2025.[4]
