The Mantooine system was a star system located in the Atrivis sector of the Outer Rim Territories that contained the astronomical object Mantooine.[1]

Behind the scenes

The reference booklet "Pilots of the Rebel Alliance", part of De Agostini's Star Wars Encyclopedia series, refers to Mantooine as being located in the Atrivis system as opposed to the Atrivis sector; in Star Wars Legends, the Atrivis system contained the planets Generis and Atrivis. The 2025 appendix "Star Systems of the Galaxy" listed Mantooine and Generis as separate systems, both in the Atrivis sector.
