Throffdon system

The Throffdon system was a star system^[3] in the Inner Rim,^[1] containing the planet Throffdon.^[4] During the Imperial Era, the main star of the Throffdon system went supernova, ejecting material across a ten-parsec radius. The supernova also formed mass shadows, which pulled the starship Millennium Falcon from hyperspace as it was traveling from Dhandu 3 to Gwongdeen.^[3]

The Throffdon system was first mentioned in the canon junior novel Pirate's Price, which was written by Lou Anders and published in 2019.^[3]
