An Anduvian salt tablet was a consumable that could efficiently improve the odor of a Human's breath.[3] It originated in[2] the Anduvia system of the Expansion Region.[1] The Human former Jedi Padawan and smuggler Jolee Bindo was familiar with Anduvian salt tablets[3] by 3956 BBY.[4]

Behind the scenes

"You know, you remind me of someone else I knew ages ago. Pleasant enough fellow, great destiny… all of that. Breath like a bantha."
"Is this a comment on my breath?"
"No, but it could be. An Anduvian salt tablet would clear that right up, you know."
―A possible conversation between Jolee Bindo and the player character, Revan, in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic[3]

Anduvian salt tablets were introduced in the 2003 BioWare video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. In the game, the consumable can be mentioned in one version of an optional conversation the Human player character, Revan, can have with Jolee Bindo. In the dialogue, after Bindo mentions that Revan reminds him of another Jedi, Andor Vex, and notes that Vex had bad breath, Revan can inquire as to whether that comment is supposed to also apply to their breath odor. Bindo then answers in the negative though nevertheless suggests in an offhand manner that they ingest an Anduvian salt tablet.[3]
