Hafernia

Hafernia was a planet[2] in the Inner Rim Territories[1] that had joined the Galactic Republic shortly before[2] 33 BBY.[3] As a showing of good faith, they wished to send pallets of boots to the Republic to be worn by the Jedi Order. The boots were deemed inadequate by Jedi Master Adi Gallia but after discussion with Supreme Chancellor Finis Valorum and Naboo Senator Sheev Palpatine, the decision was made to only "officially" accept them, with Palpatine noting that the Hafernians hardly ever left their planet.[2]
