The Angor system was located in the Myto sector of the Outer Rim[1] and New Territories.[2] It was situated in grid square K-4 of the Standard Galactic Grid,[1] and was in close proximity to the Outer Rim planet Dantooine and the Sinsang system.[3]
Behind the scenes
The Angor system was first mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the "Guide to the Galaxy" section of the thirty-seventh issue of De Agostini's Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine,[3] published around September 16, 2015[4] and written by Tim Veekhoven.[5] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the Angor system was introduced in Vector Prime, a 1999 novel authored by R. A. Salvatore as the first installment of the Star Wars: The New Jedi Order series.[6]
