Venestrian poetry was a form of poetry[1] that originated at[2] the celestial body Venestria[3] of the Outer Rim Territories's Clacis sector.[4] Not long after the Battle of Endor[1] of 4 ABY,[5] during its operations against the Pentastar Alignment splinter faction of the Galactic Empire, the Red Moons mercenary organization arranged for Imperial probe droids—with their memory banks filled with important shipping manifests—to randomly appear at New Republic intelligence points while babbling esoteric Venestrian poetry.[1]

Behind the scenes

Venestrian poetry was mentioned in "Blasters for Hire," a Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game source article written by Anthony P. Russo and published in the August 1994 third issue of West End Games's Star Wars Adventure Journal magazine.[1]
