Throffdon was a planet[1] located in the Throffdon system[3] of the Inner Rim[1] and the Interior regions,[2] in grid square J-9 on the Standard Galactic Grid.[4] The planet orbited at least one sun, which went supernova during the Imperial Era.[3] In 34 ABY,[5] the historian Eloc Throno included a map with the location of Throffdon in his book Traveler's Guide to Batuu, a book that detailed the Outer Rim planet of Batuu.[1]
Behind the scenes
Throffdon was first mentioned in the 2020 reference book Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge: Traveler's Guide to Batuu, written by Cole Horton.[1]

Star Wars: Timelines dates both the establishment of the Batuu Resistance base and its eventual relocation to Ajan Kloss to 34 ABY. Therefore, the in-universe guide must have been authored that year.
