The Kestavel system was a star system located in the Colonies. It was situated at the coordinates K-9 on the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Kestavel system was first mentioned in the appendix "Star Systems of the Galaxy," published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both were written by Jason Fry.[2] Its namesake, Kestavel, originated in Star Wars Legends and first appeared in Dark Times—A Spark Remains 1, released on July 17, 2013.
