Maun Digitalis was a world[3] located in the Maun Digitalis system,[1] a part of the Northern Dependencies portion of[2] the Colonies.[1] At some point after the establishment of the Galactic Empire in 19 BBY, the elite Imperial stormtrooper unit 501st Legion fought on Maun Digitalis.[3]
Behind the scenes
Maun Digitalis was first mentioned in the 2012 reference book The Essential Guide to Warfare, written by Jason Fry and Paul R. Urquhart.[3] The StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Maun Digitalis system, and therefore the world Maun Digitalis, in grid square L-8.[1]
