Jedi-List

Hey, I had a question if I am allowed to make an article (a list) and I asked Lewis about it. He said he would be okay if some other admins would be okay with it as well. He also asked me to ask some other admins. So here is my original message: I am interested in a Jedi-list in the wiki. But I know you admins are against lists here because they often become poorly maintained and sourced. But I do know for a fact that I would maintain it well (because that's in my own interest) and would source every single cell in the table. And a list naturally brings some advantages over the category site: canon-legeneds-difference, more details with a quick look and in general better visuals. Complete Vehicles

I have opened a forum post discussing Star Wars: Complete Vehicles (2018), and, because it seems you own the book based on the book's talk page, I was wondering if you could point me to what pages show the book reflects canon more than legends. You said parts are rewritten and it seems the b-wing and Death Star were, but I don’t know if anything else was. I don’t need to know what pages they are right now, but it’s possible someone may ask on the forum post, so I am just asking for help if that comes up. • Hmm, I can definitely see your point. Looking at the page, the way it words the sentence, however, suggests it is a different ship. In all other mentions of the Pelta on the page, it specifically uses "Pelta-class frigate." However, in the adventure seed, it specifies "Pelta-class medical frigate" instead of just "Pelta-class frigate." This suggests it is a different ship. Regarding your edit to the Tanus Spijek page, I was one of the SWCCG designers working for Decipher at this time. I can definitely confirm that we named this character as a tribute to Justin Pakes. I did not create this name myself (I'm not a fan of this spelling), but one of my fellow designers certainly did.

So I don't know if this means you can get rid of that secondary source of the web page, but perhaps you can add "The designers at Decipher invented this name as a tribute to Justin Pakes..." or something like that, if you want to.

I brought in a bag of Scrabble tiles that we used to create anagrams. Later, I claimed that you could just pull out a bunch of tiles and get a Star Wars name, since a bag of Scrabble tiles has a good frequency distribution of vowels and consonants. In fact, this is where we got the name Yoxgit, along with a few others.

About the cover images for the trade paperbacks of "Star Wars: Droids: Season of Revolt", "Star Wars: River of Chaos" and finally, "Star Wars Blood Ties: Boba Fett is Dead. I found that there were no articles for "River of Chaos" and "Season of Revolt", even though there are, and I think they must have been released in Europe only if there are no official sources online, but I most certainly have them in my possession, and I have at least one website that still sells them https://www.old-school-toys.nl/en/comic-books/amerikaanse-comics/dark-horse-comics/star-wars-comics-dark-horse-comics/star-wars-trade-paperbacks-dark-horse, I will in the future look more carefully at if there already is an existing paperback image, and how the licensing exactly works. About the Boba Fett one, I don't think there is yet an official image online for in the archive, but on Amazon and on the official Dark Horse Website there is an image for, and I think I've filled the wrong applicable field for that one. I hope I answered your questions, and you can otherwise message me for a clearer clarification, and my final question to you is if it's also allowed to use personal scans of the trades with no direct online source? Legend Vader's potential

Hello I was wondering if you could answer something for me please. I came across this article (https://archive.vanityfair.com/article/2005/2/star-wars-the-last-battle) with Jim Windolf and George Lucas where Lucas makes a reference to Vader being potentially twice as powerful as Sidious, but only being 20% less after Mustufar. I was wondering can it be considered an accurate source and can it be used as a reference in the vader legends page. hope to hear from you.

Clarification on Sourcing

Good evening! I've been trying to reach out to an admin and perhaps I wasn't going about it the correct way. I am attempting to learning more about Wookieepedia's policy on "sketch cards". An actor who I am working with was given a Topps card by a Topps certified artist. Said artist attests that Topps approved all content so that, say, he couldn't include a card of Commander Worf or whatever.

However, I am being told be another admin that that doesn't make the name/image canon. I am just looking for a simple clarification of policy and, if possible, resolution of this issue. I really am sorry to be a bother about it, but my inner attorney is asking for a source/cite/reference instead of a universal "tough, this is the decision, but I can't back it up" which is what I am getting at this time.

How to add videos to articles?

Hello there! I posed this question a short while ago and was told to contact admins; I see that certain articles have links to YouTube videos (such as Star Wars Explained), I have a Star Wars podcast/YT show of my own that specifically goes into plot details & various connections within comics; I've tackled every canon Marvel SW comic (aside from Poe Dameron, which is coming soon) and I wanted to check if there is anywhere I could submit them for review? There is no swearing/cursing in my videos, are purely based on the contents of the comics, reference guides & Wookieepedia itself and is aimed to help anyone who has never picked up a SW comic, or for people who want refreshers & information on characters/species/planets they may have missed. I didn't want to just edit articles and add links in there without checking with the Wookieepedia team beforehand, so please confirm how I can go about submitting these for review. I want my username removed from Wookieepedia.

Dear Ayrehead02, I realized i don't have to make edits in Wookieepedia anymore. And any images I add to Wookieepedia are useless. So I ask you to remove my username from Wookieepedia because it is better for all of you, Wookieepedia and me too. Hi Ayrehead02,

I'm an admin & bureaucrat over at Stranger Things Wiki, we're currently looking at ways to enhance the site's design. While browsing various other fan wikis for inspiration, I was really impressed by the 'Top' template/module that Wookiepedia uses. It's such a subtle and non-assuming way to visually denote the article type, I really like it.

Would it be possible if you, or anyone else willing to help, could give ST Wiki a hand in creating a similar template? My aim is to create something much more modest than what you guys have; all I want to implement is a version of the 'real world' icon, for real world articles. There's no need for anything beyond that.

I feel that this is probably a pretty modest and achievable goal, but still, when I opened up the Module:Top page, I had no idea how to make sense of it, so I thought it would be a good idea to reach out to people who might actually know what they're doing, haha.
