Nysillin and Bubbles

Nysillin and Bubbles was a bubbly alcoholic specialty cocktail that was potable to humans. The clear drink was made with a sliced piece of fruit and a sprig of nysillin,^[1] a medicinal plant grown across the galaxy.^[3] A variant of the drink, Nysillin and Bubbles with Brub Berry Essence, could be made by adding brub berry to the beverage.^[4] The drink was served with ice cubes on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon,^[1] where it was available during breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room^[2] as well as in the Sublight Lounge,^[1] in 34 ABY.^[5]

Behind the scenes

Nysillin and Bubbles was an alcoholic beverage available at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,^[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.^[6] The out-of-universe beverage is a gin and tonic made with gin, cucumber, lime, and thyme.^[1] Nysillin and Bubbles was last served at the hotel during the September 28–30 voyage of 2023, the final voyage before the closure of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.^[7]
