Crispy-dried Green Beans was a vegetarian dish that passengers on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon could order from the bar of the ship's Sublight Lounge[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The dish consisted of a plate of Green Beans that had been dried until crisp, and was served with a Creamy Green Pearberry Dip. The green beans and brown sauce could be consumed by humans.[1]

Crispy-dried Green Beans was a dish available at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which was opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[3] The dish was last served at the hotel during the September 28–30 voyage of 2023, the final voyage before the closure of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.[4]
