The Hoth Icebreaker was a foamy, blue, alcoholic specialty cocktail that was potable to humans.[1] It was topped with a sweetened ice shard direct from the planet Hoth.[2] The beverage was available in the Sublight Lounge on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon[1] in 34 ABY.[3]

The Hoth Icebreaker was an alcoholic beverage available at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[4] The out-of-universe beverage is made with vodka, lemon, pure cane sugar, and vanilla-lemon foam.[1] The Hoth Icebreaker was last served at the hotel during the September 28–30 voyage of 2023, the final voyage before the closure of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.[5]
