Ronto ribs was a meat dish that could be found on the forest planet Valo.[1] Prior to 35 ABY,[2] the Lepi Jaxxon T. Tumperakki gave the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs a meal of ronto ribs with a side of Valon Clusters to make amends for insulting Tuggs's cooking. The chef didn't think much of the ronto ribs but later included the recipe for valon clusters in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook,[1] in 35 ABY.[2]
Behind the scenes
Ronto ribs were mentioned in the preamble of the Valon Cluster recipe in the 2023 Star Wars: The Ultimate Cookbook, a recipe book written by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak. The actual recipe for the ribs was not included in the cookbook.[1]
