Thuris Caf was a beverage made at the Bovris Tapcafe on the planet Ifron. The drink was a blend of caf–infused ice cubes, blutopia pearls, koja nut milk, and an Ithor Float. After making a culinary tour of the galaxy[1] between 34 ABY and 35 ABY,[2] the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs included a recipe for the dish in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook,[1] which was published in 35 ABY.[2]

Thuris Caf was created as a recipe for the 2023 Star Wars: The Ultimate Cookbook, a recipe book written by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak. The out-of-universe recipe for the dish makes use of coffee and almond milk as well as two other recipes from the cookbook Blutopia pearls and Ithor Float.[1]
