Honey Hive Spears was dish made from honey found on Geonosis. After the genocide of the Geonosians by the Galactic Empire the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs visited Geonosis and found a few drops of honey in a hidden geonosian hive. The chef included the recipe for dish in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, in 35 ABY.[1]
Behind the scenes
Honey Hive Spears were created as a recipe for the 2023 Star Wars: The Ultimate Cookbook, a recipe book written by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak. The out-of-universe recipe for the dish makes use of sweet rice, coconut milk, granulated sugar, salt, light brown sugar and a peeled and sliced mango.[1]
