Near-humans was a term used to refer to species that were physically similar to, but still distinct from baseline humans.
Near-human species
Examples of near-human species included: the Zabraks,[1] the Kiffar, the Uugteen,[2] the Mirialans,[3] the Umbarans,[4] the Koorivar,[5] the Chiss,[6] the Kage,[7] the Tholothians,[8] the Twi'leks, the Togruta, the Theelin, the Miraluka, and the Pantorans.[9]
Hybrids
Certain near-human species, such as Twi'leks, Theelin, and Mirialan, were able to reproduce with humans, producing hybrid offspring.[10]
