Continuity
- The High Republic: Character Encyclopedia dates the flashbacks of The High Republic Adventures: Quest of the Jedi to 382 BBY. However, it was later established by The Art of Star Wars: The High Republic: Volume II to take place in 482 BBY.[4]
- Character Encyclopedia places the Great Hyperspace Rush and Elecia Zeveron's takeover of the Path of the Open Hand, which it dates to 383 BBY and 385 BBY respectively, out of order on its timeline.
- Character Encyclopedia places Rok Buran fighting the Nameless alongside a Pathfinder team as depicted in Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures: The Nameless Terror before the events of The High Republic: Quest for the Hidden City, but The Nameless Terror establishes that it takes place after the events on Gloam depicted in Quest for the Hidden City[5] and after the founding of the Path of the Closed Fist.[6] Rok Buran did, however, fight Gloam monsters with a different Pathfinder team before the events of Quest for the Hidden City.[7]
- Character Encyclopedia places the events of The High Republic: Convergence to after the events of The High Republic: Path of Deceit. However, Path of Deceit depicts the destruction of the Children of the Open Hand,[8] who appear in Convergence,[9] meaning Convergence must take place first.
- Character Encyclopedia dates Porter Engle becoming known as "The Blade of Bardotta" before the events of Convergence. However, Engle gains that title after the events of Star Wars: The High Republic - The Blade series,[10] which itself is set after Convergence.[11]
- Character Encyclopedia places the Battle of Takodana after the Battle at Gravity's Heart. Due to the presence of Nan at a Nihil meeting at the start of The High Republic: The Edge of Balance, Vol. 2, in which the Takodana attack is mentioned,[12] the attack must take place before Nan leaves the Nihil to work for the Graf family. Since Nan was pressured to work for the Graf family after the Battle at Gravity's Heart, and she is stated to have spent months away from the Nihil afterwards,[13] the placement is impossible.
