An Outer Rim Exploration Team, or Pathfinder team, was a team of Republic and Jedi Pathfinders who scouted the galaxy during the High Republic Era.[3]
Description
A Pathfinder team was usually made up of five members. It included a Republic pilot, medic, and droid along with a Jedi Master and their Padawan.[6]
Behind the scenes
The Pathfinder teams took inspiration from explorers in Galaxy Guide 8: Scouts, a supplement for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game published in 1993.[7]
