Helion Volte was a Mikkian[1] Jedi Master[2] who was part of Galactic Republic Outer Rim Exploration Team Outer Rim Expedition Eight-Zero-Seven during the High Republic Era.[1] In 382 BBY,[3] they[2] crossed paths with Jedi Porter Engle and Barash Silvain at the Office of the Frontier and offered to drop them off on the planet Gansevor as their team was heading in that direction. Along the way, Volte asked Engle, who was famous for his dueling skills, to spar with them, and he defeated Volte easily. Volte offerred to give the other Jedi an EX droid so that they could contact the republic when they were finished with their mission, but Silvain declined.[1]
