Ceeril was a male Skembo who served as the Ambassador of Rion during the High Republic Era. While being treated for injuries at the Starlight Beacon space station, Ceeril attempted to frame some members of the Hassarian species, who were rivals of the Skembo, in an assassination attempt on him, utilizing his personal bodyguard droid. However, the Ambassador's deception was uncovered by Administrator Velko Jahen, and Ceeril was placed under arrest.[2]
