Regnar Pulip was a generous supporter of the Path of the Open Hand cult on the planet Dalna. The Mother asked him to send special protein supplement for the cult. She also convinced Pulip to provide a gift of credits to pay for medicine to treat Opari Plouth, who suffered from a wasting disease.[2]
