Sallee Ooph

Sallee Ooph was a human who was part of Galactic Republic Outer Rim Exploration Team Outer Rim Expedition Eight-Zero-Seven during the High Republic Era.[2] In 382 BBY,[3] Ooph's team crossed paths with Jedi Porter Engle and Barash Silvain at the Office of the Frontier and offered to drop them off on the planet Gansevor as their team was heading in that direction. Along the way, Ooph explained that their team not only explored, but was helping to build the communications network for the Galactic Frontier, and did so one node at a time, which Engle said was a noble effort. Later, Ooph announced to the Jedi that they were arriving at Gansevor, and told them that their medic, Grint Rupar, wanted them to tell the Jedi that there were absolutely no comms out there, meaning they wouldn't be able to contact the Republic. Ooph offered to give the Jedi EX droids, which they could then send to a node if they wanted to get messages out, but Silvain declined.[2]
