Nubs Loses his Lightsaber

"Nubs Loses his Lightsaber" is the first[2] episode of the webseries Star Wars: Fun with Nubs. The episode was released on June 14, 2024.[1]

Official description

After slipping out of his paws, Nubs must chase his runaway lightsaber![1]

Plot summary

The episode opens with Nubs chomping on a fruit on the training grounds of the Tenoo Jedi Temple. With his paws still dirty, Nubs attempts to retrieve his lightsaber from his holster but ends up dropping it. The lightsaber rolls down a hill leading to the nearby river. The lightsaber lands on top of a rock on the river bank. Nubs attempts to use the Force to levitate the object but a flitterpod grabs it in its jaws.

Nubs is horrified and chases the flitterpod along the river. The fish jumps down a waterfall. Seeing a vine hanging from a giant Tenoo tree, Nubs uses it to swing down and retrieve his lightsaber from the flitterpod's mouth. Nubs swings away but the vine breaks and he lands in a bush. Nubs retrieves his lightsaber but drops it again. He catches it and chuckles with relief.
