RJ Fixes the Speeder

"RJ Fixes the Speeder" is the eighth episode of the webseries Star Wars: Fun with Nubs. The episode was released on July 12, 2024.[1]

Official description

RJ needs to fix Nash's speeder, but nothing seems to work![1]

Plot summary

The video opens with RJ-83 working on Nash's speeder. After switching off the landspeeder, the services the air intake and then the engine exhaust. RJ-83 then services the underside repulsorlifts. Despite his efforts, the speeder briefly restarts before losing power.

RJ-83 then reconnects the blue and red wires before tightening a cylindrical device with his wrench. Despite his efforts, the speeder still fails to restart. Making a third attempt, he tightens the cylindrical device, tinkers with the repulsorlift and the engine intake. This time the speeder tanks over on its belly and lands on top of him.

Making a fourth attempt, he services the air intake and the repulsorlift with disastrous effects. This causes the engine exhaust to let out flames, burning the droid. On the fifth attempt, RJ-83 switches on the engine console, which turns green. The landspeeder hovers. However, RJ-83 presses the accelerate button which causes the vehicle to crash. RJ-83 falls out.
