This is a list of LEGO minifigures released by The LEGO Group as part of the LEGO Star Wars theme based on the Star Wars franchise. The first LEGO Star Wars minifigures were released with the first sets in 1999 around the release of Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace. In January 2019, the 1000th minifigure was released with Iden Versio. Some figures that differ from the LEGO minifgure norm like Battle droids, R-series astromech droids or BB-8 are generally still considered minifigures. Some minifigures appear repeatedly across multiple sets, while others can be very rare, vastly increasing their resale value. Apart minifigures based on official canon and Legends Star Wars media, the LEGO Star Wars theme also releases minifigures based on non-canonical media like LEGO's own original television series and specials and Christmas themed figures. Since their first appearance in 2009, every LEGO Star Wars advent calendar also featured atleast one christmas-themed character. This article also features other types of LEGO figures like Jabba the Hutt or GNK-series power droids.

General differences and errors
There's a few general inconsistencies between many minifigures and their in-universe counterparts:
- Many minifigures of characters with helmets like stormtroopers and Imperial Starfighter Pilots, clone troopers or First Order Stormtroopers don't have distinct faces. In the early 2000s they mostly had plain black heads and later mainly had the same light-skinned face. Clone troopers only began having correctly tan-colored faces in 2020. Similarly, many other figures just have a plain black head underneath.
- Many minifigures simply have black eyes instead of the characters actual colors.
- Most minifigures released for Star Wars: The Clone Wars during it's original airing have exaggerated facial designs with proportionally too large eyes.
- Some minifigures of characters with non-human eye colors (like Hera Syndulla or newer minifigures of Darth Sidious, Ahsoka Tano or Maul) have no pupils.
- The majority of blaster weapons have macroscopes on top of them, with the blaster pistols closely resembling the DL-44 heavy blaster pistol used by Han Solo. During the 2000s, blasters were most of the times just turned around megaphone pieces and during the 2010s, many sets included large "studshooters" as weapons.
- Nearly all lightsaber hilts (except the ones of Count Dooku, Asajj Ventress, Ezra Bridger (Rebels S1-S2), the Grand Inquisitor, the Fifth Brother, Naare, Ahsoka Tano (Rebels), the Third Sister / Reva Sevander, Marrok, Rey (dark side vision) and the Blade of Talzin) have the same identical design mold, which closely resembles the Skywalker lightsaber.
- Lightsabers which should actually be shoto lightsabers (namely the ones of Yoda, Ahsoka Tano and Even Piell) are instead regular ones.
- In the 2000s and early 2010s many minifigures' lightsaber blades were falsely colored neon-green instead of green.
- The 2012, 2013, 2021 and 2022 versions of the darksaber all have a blade shaped like the ones of regular lightsabers.
