Jetpack Trooper

Jetpack Troopers were specialized troopers of the Alliance to Restore the Republic that were equipped with jetpacks that allowed them to hurtle over walls and attack their targets head-on. The Jetpack Troopers were recruited among the most dauntless rebel soldiers.[1] The Alliance also fielded another class of jetpack-equipped infantry in the form of rocket-jumpers.[3]

Behind the scenes

Jetpack troopers appear in the 2014 mobile game Star Wars: Commander and are playable characters in the 2017 video game Star Wars Battlefront II.
