Question regarding my workbench

Hey, I have a question on repeating information in articles. I plan on expanding User:Editoronthewiki/Workbench to include a lot of the B1 battle droid’s appearances in the history section. However, in the description section—notably under “A massive programming glitch”—I have listed some examples from the models history to prove some points. For example, I cover the B1 that questioned its officer at the Battle of Quell to show they could question orders. So, am I not allowed to touch on that in the history section as I already kind of covered it? Or is it fine? In articles like Cad Bane/Legends examples from history are used in the personality section. Is this like that?--Editoronthewiki (talk) 20:42, June 21, 2019 (UTC)

• Hi. It's okay to repeat a certain amount of information across multiple sections of an article, as long as: 1) it serves a purpose, e.g., in your Quell example it probably helps to succinctly describe what the droid did as long as it helps highlight certain characteristics of the model, and 2) that information is phrased differently in each section, and not just copy-pasted.
