File:Community-header-background

Hi Imperators! I'm sending this message as a courtesy to let you know that I've recently restored File:Community-header-background. I know the reasons you deleted it were valid, but unfortunately the image is being used in the new Community Header that is on every page of the wiki (unless you are using Monobook of course!) So by deleting the image, it broke the header graphic (which is the faded in image on the right hand side) and replaced it with a broken file image.

The problem is that images uploaded through the Theme Designer bypass the upload form, so none of the information was filled out like in a usual file upload. That's obviously not acceptable, so I've added and filled out the relevant information fields so that it now conforms with the image policy. Redirecting pages

Hi Imperators,

Would you kindly be able to set one of the bots to redirect the Battle of Batonn links to the War for Batonn. The Thrawn novel identifies the conflict as a sort of campaign or war consisting of two battles: the Battle of Scrim Island and the Siege of the Creekpath Mining and Refining complex. Keir Santage/Visual Encyclopedia

I just noted your deletion of the Keir Santage canon page for lack of source (despite Leland Chee's tweet about the keeping of names). But his name is canon according to the Visual Encyclopedia (pg. 73) - so is Dinee Ellberger and Maoi Madakor (both pg. 72). Hey, well it was said that Keir wasn't mentioned in any canon source so I just assumed it was either a mistake them being on the page or they simply forgot to add Picture only or something, if I knew that they were actually mentioned in the book I would have just added that as the source of the name. Problem attempting to edit

I'm having trouble attempting to edit Ekelarc Yong's page with information such as his callsign, who he served under, and how he died as well as a Behind the Scenes saying that the Databank is misidentifying him with Telsij/Canon. Jaesa Willsaam and Nomen Karr article changes

Hello. Darth Ravigious and I have been having a discussion about which dark/light side choices are canonical in Star Wars: The Old Republic in terms of situations where there are multiple dark side or multiple light side choices. I'm of the viewpoint that the choices that grant the most DS points or LS points are the canonical ones even though a consensus wasn't officially reached per Forum:CT:TOR and video game canon. --Rakhsh (talk) 19:37, August 8, 2017 (UTC)

Timeline of canon reference books

I see that you deleted my new "Timeline of canon reference books" article. Is there a better title for that type of article that would ensure it doesn't get deleted? For example, "List of canon reference books"? I understand a "timeline" doesn't make a whole lot of sense for non-fiction works, but I think a page that lists all of the canon reference works along with release date, author, etc. would be very useful.Discobob (talk) 14:00, August 9, 2017 (UTC)

Standard Galactic Grid

Hey Imp, I was wondering if we should make an effort to standardized the use of the Standard Galactic Grid in canon articles in the Layout Guide, since it seems to be undressed at the moment. Millius Prime image

Hey, I found the piece of concept art that the current infobox image of Millius Prime was derived from. It's of much higher quality and the node is actually visible on its surface. • Oh, by the way. While making the galaxy map, I realized that the galaxy map provided in Entertainment Weekly's Ultimate Guide to Rogue One is incorrect. They mess up the placement of Scarif pretty badly (like, by about a two dozen sectors badly), and do not have the Death Star's "path" go to Jedha, which is pretty major. Also, they list Star Wars: Rogue One: The Ultimate Visual Guide as a source but the book didn't even come out at the time of its publishing. Furthermore, half of the planets from Rebels and the Clone Wars TV series were given canon galaxy placements for the first time in Star Wars: The Visual Encyclopedia, and I can find their placements given in no other canon galaxy map released so far. I recommend updating the WP:AST page with this information. Since I'm not a long-term project member I thought it more appropriate to bring this to your attention rather than abruptly change it without warning.   • Sure thing, I can upload some images from The Visual Encyclopedia. However, my scanner isn't the best in the world, but it should do until higher-quality images can be uploaded. Regarding the map, it would be very hard to scan into the Wook, as it is displayed across two pages. Also, it honestly isn't one of the best maps to scan in. It's one of the maps that uses numbers instead of actual names on it, but I'll see what I can do. However, the map provided in The Force Awakens Beginner Game would be much preferred. I'm not sure if you know of anyone who has a copy of it, but finding a high-quality English version would be ideal. The only image of the English galaxy I can find is this one. A high-quality Spanish version exists, but its in Spanish. One person made a high-rez English version by writing English words over the Spanish ones and pasting it on the Spanish map, but the person missed a bunch of Spanish planets, and he also added some planets from the new movies to the map, (and he gets the placement of some of them wrong). Also, the galactic north is on the left of the page, which is confusing since all other maps have it in the north. - Commander Boots 21:16, September 15, 2017 (UTC)
