Tatrang II was a searing rock planet with no moons that was located within the Tatrang system,[3] a part of the Tammuz sector[1] in the Slice portion of[2] the Outer Rim Territories.[1] It occupied the second closest orbit around the system's star, the red giant Tatrang. The planet was lifeless and was considered to be commercially worthless.[3]
Behind the scenes
Tatrang II was first mentioned in the 1992 sourcebook Planets of the Galaxy, Volume Two, which was written by John Terra for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Tatrang system, and therefore Tatrang II, in grid square U-14.[4]
