Unit Five-Two-N

Unit Five-Two-D's 'D' stands for day shift. While speculative, we can infer that the night shift is called Unit Five-Two-N. It's never named as such in any of the episodes, though. On what was put my by talk page

Honestly, what exactly is the problem? I didn't upload the image on any of the articles after all, and it was meant for humor on how I was able to make so many edits on the Old Republic Era and Rise of the Empire Era pages without anyone doing anything. Strand-Cast

I was updating the Strand-Cast page and correcting the mention of Project Resurrection (which should've been Project Necromancer) and noticed that you've reverted the entire edit. Wondering if there's a particular reason for this. I've not provided any information that's outside of the scope of the episode though perhaps the mention of Sith Eternal might qualify.     • His speech says they are building on cloning work of the Kaminoans yes, but his direct quote is: "What my work explored is the hope of combining multiple strands to create replicas that incorporated the best genertic atributes of both donors". He follows that up with "The first casts rejected the formula almost immediately". He even states that he is working on replicas and not simply clones. Studio Backlot Tour

Hello there! I noticed the "Studio Backlot Tour" article was deleted for "Extremely low-quality article creation: high rates of plagiarism from Wikipedia." I'd be lying if I said that copying/pasting Wikipedia wasn't used, specifically the introduction, but the other content, mainly Star Wars-related, was mostly taken from other sources. Unfortunately, with the older Disney websites being deleted due to the attraction having closed, blog posts, photograph-based websites, and of course YouTube videos were all one can muster. Ah, thank you for clarifying. I had thought that the "Studio Backlot Tour/AFI Institute Showcase" would be okay to include as it did feature two ships, the costumes for Vader, Maul, and Stormtroopers, as well as a TIE fighter model in the attraction/museum, which is about as much as what was seen in the minute-long Star Wars scene in CinéMagique, which also fits as a subject that is not entirely themed around Star Wars. Re: Sourcing Policy and more

Hi! So I more or less copied the sourcing as I saw implemented in this page and its image so I figured it was acceptable. Unfortunately since this is a toy from 2012-2013, Hasbro webpage on the matter have all disappeared unless I'm able to find it on the Internet Archive somehow. That being said, everything that I have written onto the page so far is more or less taken directly off the toy description posted on the toy's box art, so how would I go about citing that?

Relatedly to the same toy line, I've been trying to document the one-off toys that appeared in that release batch but two of them have been undone by Cade Calrayn under the premise of one not being a canonical vehicle ("Naboo Royal Fighter") and the other being treated as an exaggerated existing vehicle ("Republic Attack Dropship"); but I contest that both of these are markedly different from its closest similarity (J-type skiff and LAAT respectively) to which Cade have yet to respond. So where do I draw the line between "this is just a toy with dubious canon" vs "the toy laid out the lore that is different from existing vehicle, therefore it's different"? Under usual circumstances, I am aware that you would connect a blurb of text to existing media (source books, novels, TV series, etc.) but in this instance, there is no article that I can link that provides this outside of maybe this page? On the other hand, if this is related to how I used rebelscum.com as a source of both the article and the images, I am again stuck with lacking an official source since the Hasbro webpage for the product is long gone.   • It's a pretty much a rotoscoped image from the box art, the clean version of which I plucked off one of the Amazon listings, which I don't imagine is a valid source...? About sourcing information

I honestly don't know how to add source links to information I add to pages. I am honestly adding what I have seen in the movies but I don't know how to add source links I don't understand how links work. I was honestly hoping that someone who has more on how source links work could add the links to the information I have been adding to pages.

I only made those edits because I was hoping someone with more knowledge than me could add the sources to the pages I was editing.

I looked up the canon version of rycrit and every book or novel it has appeared in also has the planet Ryloth in it. Every source on the rycrit canon page has Ryloth in it so I would say that the canon version of rycrit is from Ryloth just like the legends version since Ryloth has appeared in every canon book that has rycrit in it. I wish we could privately inbox one another here because i would have reached out sooner to either you or user Lewisr on this topic. I realise how annoying it must have been getting to have to keep going back and reverting edits you deem not palatable for the page, and i’m sympathetic to your points of view on this, truly. When you have your standards on sources which you see being breached it could be as hard as a slap across the face. I understand why you warned me the way you did- i thought it was a bit strong and harsh, but i can cop that, because i understand your job can be taxing.

But i do want to make a case here, i did revert other reverts initially with nothing else, because i was in an emotionally heightened state after going to such a trouble typing up what i thought were decent additions- particularly some padding out in the post death and death sections. Some of the descriptions there like “looked up in fear at him” are actually inaccurate in themselves because jedi don’t feel fear, that was someone’s headcanon coming out- so yes i tried to revise that detail to “shock” as a compromise.. Also where was any source citing she was fearful? Then the details of post death which some that were critical in the episode were left out, it describes the subsequent fight and escape with every notable moment that happened to avenge her (Adi’s) loss. A leg, an arm, he pushed them, they cornered him, he ran, he pulled down a starship to stop him, etc. Whereas before and indeed in the revert, it is jumpy- it’s not going through every critical moment before bringing up another thing. So look, my notes are still there incase you do want another look, i tried to explain myself. And now the issue of height- and after the same edits and reverting of reverts without offering anything else, what i considered to be good faith was a compromise on that issue, which is why i offered the 5ft 9 OR 6ft.. and the qualification for that change in the inconsistency section.. the reasoning being that one recent source that randomly pulls a height that’s shorter from nowhere, DOES NOT trump decades of other sources stating ONE measurement of 1:84! And if one can just do that after decades of precedence, then we can just go on the Shaak Ti page and say she has no canon death because the more recent 2019 or 20 character encyclopedia states she’s “presumed killed” and not “killed in jedi temple”- right next to Coleman Kcaj who survived- saying “presumed killed”. So if that’s not allowed as an update, then please at least accept my compromise in the offer of both heights _ or _. Because nothing is definitive, there will be future sources released going back to the 6 foot size and warning me here about it will be obsolete and look regrettable. I don’t want that for us, i would rather offer both versions to people? Thanks for your consideration.   • Please keep in mind that any addition made to the site requires proper sourcing. Given that the corporal rank is a new revelation from the short story, which I've not read yet, it's worth putting up the necessary source and summary to explain your addition. You heavily reworked the BtS I added for the YG-4210, entirely removing the reference to Enter the Unknown, which is the source that gives most information on the type's baseline configuration and history - that was what I was using the BtS to explain! I suspect there's a solid policy logic for your edit that I'm simply not aware of, but I'll wait for an answer before I try to add citations to that.

In terms of the list you linked to, what I was trying to flag falls under "significant additions made to a subject's in-universe continuity, and storyline contradictions affecting a subject's in-universe continuity".
