Hi there! There's no need to worry about making mistakes here — we were all new ones. So far I haven't seen any edits of yours that would warrant any action. You're never going to get banned without getting warnings first, so just make sure to keep an eye on your talk page. If you make a mistake, odds are that someone will tell you, but nobody means any harm; it's impossible to know every rule and policy around here. Rise of the Empire era

Hi X-Mutant, I notice you've added Rise of the Empire era to a large number of characters infoboxes. What source depicts characters like Nysad in the Rise of the Empire era, because I'm not seeing anything in his appearances. Ayrehead02 (talk) 09:51, December 30, 2017 (UTC)
- The problem here is that it's speculation. Unless an actual source depicts them in the Rise of the Empire era, adding it is purely based on speculation and assumptions, which we do not allow on Wookieepedia. Hope this helps, Supreme Emperor (talk) 15:02, December 30, 2017 (UTC)

While your reasoning that they were probably alive in those period makes sense, everything Supreme Emperor said is correct. As such I'm going to go through and revert those specific set of edits you made. Re: Desilijic servants

Hey, X-Mutant. Yarna does meet the criteria of that category, but she's already categorized in Category:Jabba's dancers. Since that category falls under the servants category, it's redundant to include both. - Cwedin^(talk) 04:26, November 25, 2019 (UTC)

- Since all of Jabba's dancers are performing artists, I've consolidated the categories and created a new category specifically for dancers. Basically, new categorization is "Performing artists > Dancers > Jabba's dancers," and "Desilijic servants > Jabba's dancers." - Cwedin^(talk) 05:42, November 25, 2019 (UTC)

No worries its okay, the page says he is a bodyguard of Jabba so clearly there is a source for him being part of Jabba's empire, once we have the source that says he is a bodyguard then we can source him part of the Empire --Lewisr (talk) 04:43, November 25, 2019 (UTC)

If Luke Skywalker/Legends page has categories such "Category:Jedi_Coalition_personnel", "Category:Jedi_Council_members_of_the_New_Jedi_Order" etc, should they also be added to Canon pages? No. Same goes here. If it's not stated that any of these characters actually were bounty hunters/assassins/smugglers/etc in Canon universe then it cant be added in their category section. --С уважением, Starit (обс) 08:37, November 25, 2019 (UTC)

Hey, X-Mutant! There are plenty of good people here, and I'm sure anyone will help if you ask! Regarding your edits to the Ewoks pages, you just need follow the site policies, such as sourcing. These policies are linked in the welcome message at the top of this page. When I first started, one thing that helped me learn was reviewing edits under recent changes. Thanks for providing that, unfortunately that book is from Star Wars Legends so it would not be added onto Oola's page unless it was mentioned in a canon source Lewisr (talk) 19:17, 29 June 2023 (UTC)

Oola

Hey! My apologies for not replying sooner, I have been a bit busy with some other things on the site. I haven't forgotten about the Oola updating, but at the same time I do need to mention that the page probably needs to reframe from degrading Oola's character, so while I'll work on adding these things, I will need some time to make sure that the page is written in a better manner and doesn't degrade Oola.

The sourcing policy is something every editor abides by. It's not a good practice to just hope for someone to eventually add the missing sources, as it is your responsibility to attribute the needed sources to your own information. Rycrit

Could you specify which canon book that specifies that rycrit is from Ryloth or even found there? I've checked every source and the species is only mentioned as either a food or clothing item, nothing related to Ryloth. Bonzane10 05:50, 30 September 2025 (UTC)

Sorry, but I'm gonna be blunt here. Aside from me not having the source in hand right now to confirm the subject's notability, you've also added falsified information prior. So I can't really just add the source and attribution based on your claims. Additionally, you've been told multiple times that we have policies and standards to follow in order to edit.
