"Don't just stand there like a bunch of legless Yeat!"
―Charr — 20?cb=20250116042720 ▶️ (file info)[1]

Yeat was a type of creature that existed in the galaxy.[1] In 9 ABY,[2] during the competitive sporting show Hunters of the Outer Rim, the Trandoshan Hunter Charr compared his teammates, who were standing, to a bunch of legless Yeat.[1]

Behind the scenes

Yeat was introduced in the current Star Wars canon via the video game Star Wars: Hunters, which was developed by NaturalMotion's BossAlien[1] and initially published by Zynga on November 16, 2021, as a soft launch[3] before the global release on June 4, 2024.[4] The game was later shut down on October 1, 2025.[5] It was mentioned as one of the interchangeable audio lines Charr says during gameplay.[1] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the creature was first mentioned in the 1991 West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game sourcebook Planets of the Galaxy, Volume One.[6]
