In 228 BBY,^[3] a mission to the Mid Rim planet Kashyyyk was carried by the Jedi Order to stop the spread of the affliction known as the blight after it was discovered there. While on Kashyyyk, the Kashyyyk team, also worked to stop Nihil scientist Doctor Zadina Mkampa from acquiring a Sith artifact known as the Thornseed. Both missions were ultimately successful.^[1]
