Wait, Despayre's destruction WASN'T after the First Battle of Tatooine?
Odd. The "A New Hope" section in The Essential Atlas made it seem from both the order and the summarization of its events that the destruction of Despayre occurred about the same time as, if not immediately after Leia was captured over Tatooine. Before the Republic era
Hey Cade. The Before the Republic publishing era began in the year 36,453 BBY. Years before that are not within it and still have to use our Pre-Republic era tags, which I've now updated to say "before the Before the Republic era" to avoid confusion. NaruHina Talk

Several things
Hello Cade, first of all just wanted to ask you what was the source of the New Empire's name? Also, it's great that you finally were able to solve that thing with the Imperial Guard who were supposedly bounded to the Sith Emperor and yet serving his enemy, Darth Malgus. Is this all mentioned in the False Emperor's flashpoint?
- Second thing, I understand that you've mentioned already that you were taking several things from the conversations ?game file? Could you give me a location?
- Thirdly, I just wanted to remind you how I hate this image[1] and that I'm already in the lookout to get you a nice and fancy one with better and propper quality :p (hopefully before your FAN).
- On one last matter, I wanted to ask you to continue with this conversation. Winterz (talk) 22:30, November 29, 2012 (UTC)

CSD tagging
Hey Cade. When tagging pages for speedy deletion, please don't blank the page. The page should be left intact below the CSD tag so admins can tell why the page needs deleting, otherwise we have to dig into the history to ensure that it wasn't sneaky vandalism. Syned I
Hello, I saw your edit on the Syned I page. I don't have TOR so I just wanted to know if you're sure the game mentions Syned I and not the best known planet Syned. Thanks. Hk 47 (talk) 13:20, December 4, 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry for intruding but here it goes. This is what says in the Crew Skill mission: "Every six hundred years, the stars align and an alien obelisk on Syned One reveals strange inscriptions. The time is now; send your companion to observe", so Cade's correct. Winterz (talk) 13:42, December 4, 2012 (UTC)
TOR updates
Hi Cade, I have just updated the Memit Nadill, Darth Sion and Telosian Jedi Academy articles for TOR, per the notes that you left a while back. Deleting So-Called Fanon
Hello, I just added a Hutt named Karraga the Hutt, or Karraga the Unyieldy, and you just deleted it. Karraga was not Fanon, he is actually in the Old Republic Video Game if you didn't know. So if I put his name as one of the famous hutt members, then don't delete it. And the Nohn Veyaiko picture, I had found a picture of him but could not upload it, so the Neimoidian Aide file was the closest that looked like him that I could find on this wiki. Hi there! Thanks for pointing it out, but I'm just about to finish Season 4, which means that I will finish my work on adding droids to Unidentified droid category, as for Season 5, there are still no minor character articles, and the previous seasons are done. So I hope that it's not a problem if I finish the few droids left, and after that, there won't be any problem, I hope. But I will mark them minor edits if you intend me to do so. SWTOR references
Hey, question: I know you've got several "paragraphs" that you use to reference the various time frames for SWTOR storylines and that you've changed/updated/shortened them at various times. Do you have a place where you've written them all down? I know you've corrected some, but I want to make sure I got all my GA/FA articles for SWTOR with the updated references for when they occured. Hi Cade! I noticed you recently edited the article on Bogan to reflect that it definitely appeared in the Star Wars: The Old Republic game. Speedy Deletion of Lightsabers
If it is decided that these pages do not need to exist, what happens to the episodes that list them as appearing. Recent template moves
Hi Cade. :) With your recent template moves, can you please go through them all and fix the links and transclusions to the old templates? Especially before marking the old template for deletion as an unnecessary redirect, otherwise you leave redlinks and redirect text on the many templates and/or pages that make use of or link to the templates you're moving or redirects to them (for example, here, here and here where they got redlinks due to either double redirects or the redirect template being deleted). Cheers, grunny@wookieepedia:~$ 09:38, January 12, 2013 (UTC)
- No problem at all, it was just that you tagged some of the redirects that were still being used for deletion and when CC deleted them it broke some templates on a number of articles. If you want to get around the throttling, I can add the bot flag to you while you finish up, then just leave a note to myself or another bureaucrat and we can remove the flag when you're done. The bot flag removes the throttling (and will also remove your edits from showing up in the RCs, but that's not a problem while you do maintenance stuff). Want me to do that? Gundo
Adumari dates
Cade, I've attempted to explain this already to Weedle & Supreme Emperor, the GrS dates are pure speculation and are also grossly incorrect as a 3 month difference between the the galactic calendar and GrS has never been verified. You could add this info to the talk page or explain the difference in months the bts but in its present state info such as this does not belong in the infobox. Rokkur Shen (talk) 23:20, January 16, 2013 (UTC)
- Exactly why I have yet to revert it. However, I still believe that despite your logic, it is your own research or speculation. The GrS date has not been published in a verifiable source so should not be used in an infobox. Rokkur Shen (talk) 23:27, January 16, 2013 (UTC)
- Please don't make accusations. Should I take this to the Senate Hall or Consensus Track? Rokkur Shen (talk) 23:33, January 16, 2013 (UTC)
Conjecture tag
I think your misinterpreting my use of the { conjecture } and { confirm-battlename } tag. The very first line of Skirmish on Kinooine reads "Several skirmishes on the planet Kinooine stemmed from.." leading to an unclear canon title. I do not have access to the relevant sources so cannot confirm that the event was specifically named "Skirmish on Kinooine". I'm not going to slap a conjecture tag on a page without proof. The { confirm-battlename } is a clarification for proof from the relevant sources. Removing the tag is unhelpful without explaining why you have removed it. Rokkur Shen (talk) 23:42, January 16, 2013 (UTC)
- The same goes for the Battle of Duro (Galactic Civil War) the page does not explicitly state which source the battle was named as "Battle of Duro". It's a request for clarification. Rokkur Shen (talk) 23:46, January 16, 2013 (UTC)
- I'm not disputing the validity of the title just that the page does not clarify if it was official named in a verifiable source. Yes a battle may have occurred at Duro but may never actually have been named "Battle at Duro". Rokkur Shen (talk) 23:55, January 16, 2013 (UTC)
- Now that you've added one yes. You may have saved us all this trouble in the first place if you had simply replaced my { confirm-battlename } tag with the { conjecture } tag rather than removing it as that is how it showed on my watchlist. And you also removed the tag on Skirmish on Kinooine? Rokkur Shen (talk) 00:04, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
- I'm not asking for a { conjecture } tag to be appended outright but for someone to go through the sources listed in the appearances/sources list and check whether it was ever named as "Skirmish on Kinooine" and if it is append a { 1stID } if it is or if it is not then to append a { conjecture } tag. Removing my tag has done nothing but inflame the situation. Rokkur Shen (talk) 00:08, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
- I accept your apology. Hope all is well soon. It is not laziness as I have already expressed to other users. The fact is a number of pages have been in a state of limbo for some time with regards to canon titles. I took it upon myself to fix this. Unfortunately I'm travelling at the moment, so do not have access to all my source material. Think of the tag as a placeholder. If other users are able to verify all well and good if not I will get around to it, but I felt identifying those pages to the wider community for improvement far outweighed having pages left in a state where it could be interpreted that those were the canon name of events. Rokkur Shen (talk) 00:30, January 17, 2013 (UTC)

Aayla Secura in Mos Espa?
Hello, Cade Calrayn. I changed Aayla Secura's page to what I did because I researched it in the Stark Hyperspace War trade paperback. Aayla says: "Quinlan and I were on Tatooine the last time Qui-Go was there. We heard about his death just before we left. Quinlan regretted not contacting him. We were working undercover and he wasn’t aware that Qui-Gon’s need was so desperate." It's from Star Wars: Republic #38: The Stark Hyperspace War. It doesn't indicate that she actually saw Qui-Gon or Sebulba or was even in Mos Espa at the time. We only know she was on Tatooine working undercover with Quinlan Vos. Making edits this way is coming across as both insulting and rather arrogant. Thanks. Rokkur Shen (talk) 09:12, January 30, 2013 (UTC)

Edit war
Cade, I have to say that I'm disappointed with how you handled the additions of unverified information to Sabotage (episode) and The Wrong Jedi. You've already been involved with edit wars in the past, and while the other user in question was not following policy, that doesn't make it okay to continue to repeatedly revert his edits, as this was not simple vandalism. When it looked like the situation was approaching an edit war, the proper, mature, and appropriate thing to do—also out of respect to the other user—would have been to approach an administrator and ask for assistance with resolving the dispute, which was not the case. Because I wasn't on IRC when this happened, I don't know if you actually asked another administrator online to intervene, so I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and let you off with a warning. However, please note that you would have otherwise received a twenty-four-hour block like the other user did. That also means next time something like this happens, the same behavior will not be tolerated. I hope that next time, there will be a different and more respectful outcome. CC7567 (talk) 01:16, January 31, 2013 (UTC)
- As an addendum, I didn't realize until just now that the other user was blanking your user page, so I apologize for not taking that into account. However, please note that next time, an administrator should still be consulted to resolve a dispute like this in the proper way. CC7567 (talk) 01:21, January 31, 2013 (UTC)
Re:Hargeeva system
Cade, I did not randomly add a {{confirm}} tag "leaving a mess for another user to clean up". I added the tag to draw attention to the situation while simultaneously addressing Cav directly for clarification (not "questioning the work of others" as you imply). Yes Cav, mentioned "Proper name per original source", however in his edit it appears that he left the source out of his edit and as a result Firepower was not listed on the page. I do not own said source (a source which mind you was not listed on the Hargeeva/Pelonat system page at the time I accessed it and therefore unidentifiable to myself). I was unable to confirm or fix the page appropriately without knowledge of the source, which is why I approached Cav to begin with. Since signing up, you have accused me "not even paying attention" and being "lazy". Please, if you've got a problem with my edits or any other user, either address myself/them directly or take it up with an administrator before taking matters into your own hands and simply reverting without any explanation on the users talk page. Adding unverified/unsourced info to counter a good faith edit is also unacceptable. Both actions are highly discouraging to new/inexperienced users. Future actions along these lines will be noted by myself and others and passed on to the administrators here at Wookieepedia. You should also take note that your actions do not go unnoticed by anonymous contributors, your conduct as a user is on constant public display. Recently signed users are often quite aware from previous interaction/observations of the manner in which certain users conduct themselves. I hope you'll take my advice in good stead. Thankyou for your time. Rokkur Shen (talk) 03:21, January 31, 2013 (UTC)

Caridan system
Hi, I'd counter your arguments with the fact that "Caridan system" was how the original author, Kevin J. Anderson, intended it to be named as the creator of the system. As you've all already pointed out, Carida system is it's ALTERNATE name. This has already been established with regards to naming conventions for system names in the Essential Atlas/Online Companion appendix. Therefore the most canon name IS "Caridan system". May I ask what heading it is listed under in TCSWE? Rokkur Shen (talk) 23:11, February 1, 2013 (UTC)
- Also Cade, I never accused you of reverting "Hk's edit out of spite or to argue the point". Please refrain from implying that I did. Archiving your talk page does not wash your hands clean of past incidents. Rokkur Shen (talk) 23:11, February 1, 2013 (UTC)
- And also, as you've already been advised, the correct course of action would have been to notify Hk 47 on his talk page that his move/edit was incorrect and suggested the correct action so that in future he does not make a similar mistake. Thankyou! Rokkur Shen (talk) 03:20, February 2, 2013 (UTC)
- *double sigh* As I've already mentioned in other threads, unless you can provide an overwhelming number of "in-universe" sources for it being named "Carida system" then it should remain "Caridan system". The Essential Reader's Companion, Atlas Online Companion etc are "out-of-universe" sources and do not override "in-universe" naming conventions. Rokkur Shen (talk) 23:24, February 1, 2013 (UTC)
- Obviously OOU articles can override IU articles in the case of a retcon. This was not the case here. It was more to do with the fact that initially the system was named IU, and that subsequent incorrect naming has most likely spun out of the obvious typo that Culator has identified, as well as the small probability of authors seeing it listed here on Wookieepedia as well as other sites for so long, listed as Carida system, that it has now become common place, instead of its originally intended name. Besides this argument is over for now. I've accepted Jedi Marty's reasoning. However, in my opinion, as we write articles in past tense from an IU perspective, IU references should take precedence over OOU references. Rokkur Shen (talk) 02:47, February 2, 2013 (UTC)
Umm.. NOT FANON
Hey um u left a message on my talk page saying i added something fanon. It was about Bo-Katan being Satine's sister. Umm.. yeah i saw the new episode. THEY SAID SHE WAS! Wasn't fanon, its fact.
Re: Kryze
Yeah, it was slightly fishy to me too at first, but the "Trivia" section in the episode guide verified her surname. CC7567 (talk) 17:28, February 3, 2013 (UTC)

I'm sorry Cade, but please do not engage Wadem18 in an edit revert war. Just tell him via his talk page about the issue. Also, it's already confirmed by Filoni on Saturday. He and his followers/buddies confirmed it on Google hangout. JangFett (Talk) 20:38, February 3, 2013 (UTC)
- Again, do not engage Wadem18 in an edit war. You need to talk to him in his talk page, and if he contiunes, then an administrator could step in and take care of him. It's common sense man, JangFett (Talk) 20:17, February 8, 2013 (UTC)

Not this again
Seriously, you either need to double check these pages and rewrite the explanation or move it to the behind the scenes. As it stands, the explanations do not make sense. A couple of pages I have left cited the way you cited them. However, the ones I've reverted yet again do not make sense. They may to you but not to others. No, I didn't know that. The colony is still a continuity error (in fact, it's a pretty bad one), but it's an error that could be a step toward some resolution, at least. Thanks for the tip. NaruHina Talk

Hello
Why can't there be discussions on talk pages any more. Remember Nebulax and those guys always had discussions on talk pages.Garrett Atkins (talk) 22:22, February 8, 2013 (UTC)
Why did Nebulax get banned in the first place then. This wiki should not become boring, sterile information. The best days of Wookieepedia was from 2005-2007, before all this "Talkheader" or "Knowledge Bank" started appearing. Just saying.Garrett Atkins (talk) 22:32, February 8, 2013 (UTC)

FAN page reviewing
Hey, Cade,
I'm writing this to you on behalf of the entire Inquisitorius. At our recent meeting, we discussed the current lack of non-INQs who are actively involved in reviewing on the FAN page, and we decided that the best solution was to simply appeal to people to review more. This first paragraph is being sent verbatim to a whole bunch of people, but the following one is being written specifically for you.
Sure, we're both on IRC right now, but f that noise! OK. You're actually one of the site's most active FAN reviewers, but I want to send this message to everyone. Your reviewing skills keep improving as the months pass, and we'd love to see you continue to hone them on the FAN page. If you up your reviewing productivity even more, who knows? Maybe it'll encourage people to review beasts like the Sith Emperor and the Hero. ;) But yeah, given the amount of FANs you pump out --- even though you are already one of the most active reviewers --- reciprocating by reviewing a few more now and then wouldn't be amiss. So, in other words, join the reviewing revolution! Cheers, and have a great day. Menkooroo (talk) 07:34, February 11, 2013 (UTC)

Making a better "Timeline of media" revisited
Hi Cade Calrayn, I recently picked up where Morbus Iff left off a while ago on a Timeline of media revamp discussed here. As a recent editor of the Timeline of media, your opinion on the near-finished project would be appreciated: User:Tainb'ocu'chulainn/Sandbox Timeline. Revan's codex entries
Hey Cade, I seem to have lost the link you gave me earlier which detailed the codex entries regarding Revan. Could you help me out with that once more, please?—Jedi Kasra ("Indeed.") 22:56, February 11, 2013 (UTC)

Taking over Begeren?
Hey Cade. As you did for the Tingel Arm campaign, I was wondering if you could take a look at the current objections to the Battle of Begeren FAN and possibly take over addressing objections in the interim, since I don't know when Trayus is going to be back. It's fine if you don't have the time, but I thought it was worth asking since you're heavily involved with TOR. Plus, the article is just a vote or two away from passing, but it's going to have to be removed otherwise due to the inactivity (technically it should have been closed a week ago). Thanks! CC7567 (talk) 20:01, February 12, 2013 (UTC)
- Just wanted to make sure you saw them—I have two outstanding objections as well, but they're admittedly easy to miss because they're in the upper section. Thanks. CC7567 (talk) 21:34, February 12, 2013 (UTC)
