I don't think it is a fictional character. The edit history shows it was initially a male character and subsequently changed to a female character, which suggests the character does not have fixed characteristics and it is in fact a hoax. There are very few if any Ivor Drake's in the world, check facebook for example It is likely to violate the terms of the Wiki so I would be grateful if you could take it down unless you can show me a credible Star Wars source (with a link that works) for the character Ivor Drake in Star Wars.
