Obi-Wan Kenobi 1 is the first issue of the 2023 canon comic miniseries Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi comic adaptation. Serving as an adaptation of the premiere episode of the television series Obi-Wan Kenobi, the issue was written by Jody Houser, illustrated by Salvador Larroca, with colors by Guru-eFX. It was published by Marvel Comics on September 13, 2023.

Opening crawl

Part I

Following Order 66 and the fall of the Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi remains in hiding on the desert planet of Tatooine.
There, he is able to keep watch on the son of Anakin Skywalker, the Jedi who fell to the dark side and became
Darth Vader. The former Jedi Knight works his days away, haunted by the lives he couldn't save….
