The ambush on Alderaan[4] was a kidnapping of Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan by Vect Nokru and his crew at the behest of the Third Sister, who had Organa brought to the planet Daiyu in order to lure out fugitive Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, an old associate of Senator Bail Organa[1] in 9 BBY.[3]
