In 20 BBY,[4] during a civil war on the planet Onderon, the Confederacy of Independent Systems had discovered the primary headquarters of their local opposition, the Onderon rebels. Upon discovery, a Separatist droid officer dispatched a squad of battle droids to attack and eliminate the rebel group.[3]
