Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A duel between Separatist leader Count Dooku and Jedi Grand Master Yoda took place on the planet Vjun[1] in the Outer Rim Territories.[3] Dooku, before making a tactical withdrawal, was able to accomplish the near impossible[1] by wounding his former master.[2]

Behind the scenes

The duel on Vjun was first mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the 2020 reference book "Lightsabers and Jedi Equipment," the ninth issue of the Star Wars Encyclopedia book series.[2] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the duel first appeared in Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, a novel written by Sean Stewart and published by Del Rey as a part of the Clone Wars multimedia project on November 23, 2004.[4]
