Between 22 BBY and 19 BBY,[1] a skirmish took place on the droid station The Haven between its occupants and forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems led by General Grievous.[2]
History
Grievous arrived on The Haven.
General Grievous traveled to The Haven, a large space station[2] orbiting around the moon known as Kligson's Moon,[3] accompanied by two IG-100 MagnaGuards and several B1-series battle droids, and offered Telemak, the station's guardian, the protection of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Knowing what Grievous wanted—more droids to join the Separatist Droid Army—Telemak interrupted him before he could continue, mocking him by claiming that he couldn't defeat the Galactic Republic with the ones he now "enslaves."[2]
Grievous was disappointed that rather than seizing the opportunity he provided them to exact vengeance on the Jedi Order who destroyed their leader Ajax Sigma, they would just sit here and rust away, waiting for him to return. Before he could continue, Telemak proclaimed that they don't serve organics and that the negotiations were over, and surrounded him with droids. Grievous gladly accepts and, exhausted of diplomacy, attacks Telemak and its droid army. Grievous destroyed numerous droids, but he lost all B1 battle droids and may have overestimated the droids' capabilities since they wanted to be "free" and thought it would be pointless to utilize them for the Separatists.[2]
