Re: Raid on Ziro's Palace

Ugh. Sorry, I keep forgetting to check. I'll try to take care of it once I get home today, though I might be a little busy. CC7567 (talk) 17:26, November 5, 2009 (UTC)

  • Okay. Finally got a hold down and looked up the raid. As a note, if/when you get the book, the info on the raid really just comes in the pages following "Hostage Crisis." It's specifically referred to as the "raid on Ziro the Hutt's Coruscant club" (with that capitalization), and that might be enough to take care of the conjecture title as long as the capitalization is kept that way. The only other piece of useful info is that Jabba was "happy to let his uncle rot in Republic prison," as that's some long-needed clarification. The other thing is that the book states that we'll "have to wait to Season Two to find out who hired Bane to free Ziro," while Cad Bane's Databank entry specifically clarifies the Hutts as being Bane's employers. Eh. Do whatever you want with that; I'm keeping the Senate hostage crisis the way it is. :| Hope that helps. CC7567 (talk) 05:21, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Project Rookies

Very interesting, JMAS. Thank you for uploading this image; I will definitely use it for one of my clone articles. I'll talk to Jonny and see if we can add the image into the Rishi moon battle article. Thanks again man. :) JangFett (Talk) 21:06, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

Hey JMAS

Hey, I noticed that you're uploading newer versions of images that come from the new TCW DVD. However, some are particularly blurry compared to the older revisions. Like this image here: File:Ahsoka DotD.jpg seems blurry around Ahsoka's face. The image when Anakin and Ahsoka enter the Vulture's Claw is also fuzzy around their faces. Is there anyway to fix these problems? But nonetheless, it's good to have newer images from the DVDs. :) JangFett (Talk) 15:07, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

  • I'm not seeing a much, if any, difference on either image, when viewed at full size. It could be that the image cache hasn't updated and is still displaying the older images stretched to the new proportions. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 15:15, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
    • However, mine is not the only opinion, so if you feel they should be reverted, feel free to do so. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 15:16, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

Rex hangar fight

Hey JMAS. Do you mind if you revert File:Rex hangar fight.jpg back to CC's version? Comparing the two here and here, while CC's is smaller, it is far clearer and brighter. Cheers, Grunny (Talk) 00:21, November 8, 2009 (UTC)

Image request

Hey, JMAS. Would you be able to upload an image of Waxer and Boil rescuing Kenobi from "Landing at Point Rain?" Thanks. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 18:33, November 8, 2009 (UTC)

  • None of the screenshots I've taken look anything close to good. I think part of it is just the episode was made to be grainy-looking, due to the environment. I do have one that might work for you though. It look really grainy, but it is meant to be that way because it's the view of of them through Commander's Jet's macrobinocs. Would that one interest you? - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 05:07, November 9, 2009 (UTC)
    • Nevermind that. Gry Sarth has already uploaded the pics I was looking for. Anyway, thanks for trying to help. BTW, is there any possibility to get sound files for Waxer and Boil from the episode? QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 06:58, November 9, 2009 (UTC)
      • Absolutely. Can I assume you want the lines of dialogue right as they are about to open the LAAT/i door? - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 07:07, November 9, 2009 (UTC)
        • Yep, you are correct. There are also a couple of quotes from "Innocents of Ryloth" in Boil's article that do not have sound files yet. I'd appreciate if you could upload those too. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 11:31, November 9, 2009 (UTC)
          • Might I suggest combining both their lines into one sound file/quote on both their articles for the "Landing at Point Rain" article? - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 21:46, November 9, 2009 (UTC)
  • Hey, JMAS. Could you upload images of Echo? Currently, he's one of my FANs, and the article needs more. Perhaps uploading a image of him in the beginning of the episode, and then possibly during or before the battle in the episode. Thanks man. JangFett (Talk) 01:22, November 18, 2009 (UTC)
  • Also, I need a new infobox image of Echo. JangFett (Talk) 03:03, November 18, 2009 (UTC)
    • I'll work on this tomorrow for ya and put them into the appropriate sections of the article. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 04:57, November 18, 2009 (UTC)

Sorry!

Wow that was extremely stupid of me. Thanks for catching that. I was thinking "I wrote something on this guy's talk yesterday. Where did it go? Did an admin delete it?" I didn't connect the two somehow. Oops. SoresuMakashi(Everything I tell you is a lie) 07:41, November 9, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Second Battle of Geonosis

Please do, and thanks in advance. CC7567 (talk) 19:40, November 10, 2009 (UTC)

  • Hmm. Could you upload it so that Trayus and I can see what it looks like? If it looks good, I think we'll keep it, but the current Prelude images might have more relevance. CC7567 (talk) 02:21, November 11, 2009 (UTC)
  • That'd be great, thank you so much. Darth Trayus 30px (Trayus Academy) 04:02, November 11, 2009 (UTC)
  • Hmm. Well, the chronology of the text would have to force the image to be in the Prelude, regardless of whether it best fits there or not, and I don't think that it would work very well. I'll have to wait to hear what Trayus thinks, but thanks anyway. CC7567 (talk) 07:29, November 11, 2009 (UTC)
    • While I love the image, I'd have to agree with CC that the other two work better for the article at the moment. On another note, I have a different image request. Could I get a picture of Wee Dunn with Mahtee and Bane in their home on Rodia and one of Sidious' hologram leaning over him on Mustafar? Thanks in advance! Darth Trayus 30px (Trayus Academy) 21:12, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

More image stuff

Hey JMAS. When you get the chance, I have some image requests for Rex from Landing at Point Rain. Could you get a screenshot of Rex sneaking up on that droideka and through its shield on top of the barrier, and could you also fix up File:RexAims-SkytopStation.jpg|these File:RexBlastersGeonosis.jpg|images File:RexCodyPreparing.jpg|as well (i.e. widescreen them)? Thanks in advance. CC7567 (talk) 07:44, November 13, 2009 (UTC) File:RexDroidekaSneak.jpg|right|thumb|200px

  • I'll work on that request for ya. As for touching up the second two, I won't be able to accommodate you on those. The HD versions I have are recorded right from the US broadcast, meaning full screen and with that blasted CN logo on them. I don't typically start getting the widescreen versions until it starts airing in the UK and people start posting torrents for them. Now, I can certainly get you the HD version of the one of Rex on Geonosis firing his blaster with a minor bit of editing. But the one with Rex and Cody as they enter the briefing will be a bit tougher unless you're willing to accept some cropping from the bottom to get the CN logo out. Let me see what I can do and you can decide if you want to just keep what you have. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 12:57, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
    • OK, they were all much easier to work with that I thought they'd be, thanks to the new smaller CN logo :) - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:55, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
      • Thanks very much. :) CC7567 (talk) 16:02, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

You mean the IMR tag? Yeah, sure. I will not put the tag up if it hasn't more than one old version. Thanks for noticing me. --Xd1358 Talk 14:11, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

  • Doh. *facepalm* Yeah, I meant IMR tag. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 14:20, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
    • I thought it'd be unnessecary, since the file page automatically lists duplicates. --Xd1358 Talk 19:49, November 19, 2009 (UTC)

Your sig

I'm not sure, but I believe your signature can only have one color.—B-Boba Fett! He'll kill us all! 20px 20:34, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

  • Indeed, you are correct. As mine does only have one custom color, can I take it to mean you are asking this as a question? - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:40, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
    • I thought it meant you can only have one color, period. 'Course, I'm a noob compared to you, so you probably know what you're talking about. And by "only one custom color", do you mean that you have to have one blue and one custom? Because I'm getting really tired over changing my sig.—B-Boba Fett! He'll kill us all! 20px 22:51, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
      • The blue is the native link color, so that doesn't count. That's default. You can have one other color. So you can leave your user name as the green and then the link to your talk page as the default blue, or you can leave it just like you have it. Either way is acceptable by the terms of the sig policy as I understand it. :) Hope that helps. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:06, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Ord Enisence

Hey, JMAS. Could you please upload a series of Ord Enisence images? I may expand the article, and it could use a infobox image, and a couple of images from Holocron Heist. Probably the article could use a image of Ord's body in Cad Bane's apartment, and maybe him next to Ahsoka. Thanks man. :) JangFett (Talk) 00:04, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

  • Here's the rub: The only acceptable image that could go in the infobox would be his dead body Any other image of him from the episode are technically not Enisence, but Parasitti. :\ But I'll get what I can for ya. I'll post back here when I've got some. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:08, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Togruta and TOR (Game)

I see that the Togruta has been taken away from the Playable Species Section... What changed your mind about not having it? Look, I've been contributing to the Yu-Gi-Oh Wikia, so I know about having to have Sources and Proof to back up everything, that was why I originally took the Togruta out of the Playable Species Section, because there were no solid proof that they were going to even be playable, and my proof on why any Species are unknown as to which may or may not be playable is the fact that BioWare has not yet released their Official List of Playable Species (beyond the Humans). I know that because i am an active Forum User ON the Official Forums for the game. Essentially can I get an apology for making sure the Accurate Information was being displayed?Altyrell 17:32, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

  • Obviously because the information has been removed, I must be the one who removed it. Try looking at the page history before making accusations. In fact, I'll give you two tips. Don't make accusations and don't expect an apology. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 17:42, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

2nd Geonosis images

Magic. Haha to be honest, I'm not very good at understanding the finer points of uploading images, however, I do know that I increase the zoom level on the webpage before taking a screencap, if that makes any difference whatsoever. Beyond that, I have no idea how that happened. Darth Trayus 30px (Trayus Academy) 18:55, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

    • Lazy me. I only checked the gallery =) MauserComlink 17:22, November 19, 2009 (UTC)
      • I had only visited the gallery myself. I stumbled upon the downloads page quite by accident today. :) - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 17:25, November 19, 2009 (UTC)

Just thought I'd let you know: png isn't the native format for the SWGTCG cards, the guy from the website we're linking to just choose to save regular screenshots in that format instead of common jpg, so saving you images in jpg should be okay. MauserComlink 21:25, November 19, 2009 (UTC)

  • Thanks for the heads up, but since that's the format that the image was saved in that was taken from the site, changing it from PNG to JPG after editing it isn't preferable. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 21:28, November 19, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Rebel Combat Speeder edit reversion

Since you did not reply on the talk page, and since I don't want to set up a string of counter-edits, would you (or will you) undo your reversion of my edit to the picture in the abovementioned article Talk:Rebel_combat_speeder? It's pretty clearly (to anyone who's played the game, not mentioning anyone who's touched the assets) conflicting sources, and since: a) The developer's page shows authorial intent, and b) The game would logically take precedence over its webpage ...it would only make sense to default to what's demonstrated in the game. --Maveritchell 00:58, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

Children of the Force

Hey JMAS, I was wondering if it would be at all possible to get a better quality image of Zinn Toa for his infobox. If you can, that'd be wonderful. If you can't, that's totally fine too. Regardless of the outcome of that, I'll also need an image of Zinn from the episode itself for the body. Any image will do, whenther it's him in Ahsoka's arms or him in his Mustafar basonet. Suprise me ;P Thanks in advance. Darth Trayus 30px (Trayus Academy) 03:53, November 30, 2009 (UTC)

Screenthemes

When I saw you uploading high-res images from Screenthemes, I assumed they were from the same old collection released years ago. However, I just noticed that those images are of much better quality, some 1+ Mb compared to 150-200 Kb old ones. Mind telling me where you found them? (Unless you actually purchased them, in which case, I'll be just moving along, he-he) MauserComlink 14:49, December 2, 2009 (UTC)

  • Many I've purchased, some I've found just searching the web. The ones that are larger size like that are typically ones that I've had to adjust the contrast or something like that and then saved with the highest quality setting in Photoshop. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 14:53, December 2, 2009 (UTC)

RE: TOR

Ok, Look at the 4 Starting Planets i had listed, and in the bottom right corner, it shows 2 Classes [the 2 i listed for each]. Go to a Class Page and you see the Planet they start on in the bottom right corner. Also, since Korriban has the Sith Academy and Tython has the Jedi Temple there, the Jedi have all moved to the Temple ON Tython, therefore the 2 Jedi Classes start on Tython and the 2 Sith Classes start on Korriban. Gameplay footage for both the Trooper and Smugglers stated that they BOTH Start on Ord Mantell. Bounty Hunters start on Hutta. So lets see:

  • Korriban = Both Sith Classes
  • Tython = Both Jedi Classes
  • Ord Mantell = Smuggler and Troopers
  • Hutta = Bounty Hunters

So yeah, where do you think the IA's are going to start, oh i don't know how about Hutta with the BH's? Dude, i might be "relatively" new to posting on the Star Wars Wikia, but dude. I KNOW *beep* TOR. I am constantly on the TOR Forums, I do my bloody RESEARCH. But hey, if you want me to show you everything, then i will. However, in the mean time, VISIT the bloody TOR Website and LOOK and you will see that what i STATED is the gorram truth.Altyrell 23:19, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

  • You'll notice, I didn't say you couldn't put the information back. I said the information will not be put back in until it is properly referenced. Nor did I say to put the information here. I said to reference it on the gorram TOR page. Thank you and have a Wookieetastic day. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 18:21, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

    • I'm sorry to have to disappoint, but I don't own CSWE. I had checked it out from the local library to get the few scans I do have and have uploaded. If I were to check it out again, the image of the lightsaber is right along the spine of the book and therefore all but impossible to scan without breaking the book. And with holds at the libarary, it'll be a while before a copy is available. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 18:39, December 21, 2009 (UTC)

Images for article

I know you are good with pictures, so. Can you upload about two or three images for the Suu article from the "The Deserter" episode guide, please? Thank you! —Jawaman No, I did NOT steal your droid! 11:36, January 2, 2009 (UTC)

  • Oh by the way, I forgot to say which ones. I presume you get the images of the episode guides, so if you go to "The Deserter" EG, it's the top slideshow, numbers 19, 38, please. —Jawaman No, I did NOT steal your droid! 19:39, January 3, 2009 (UTC)
    • Sorry, I haven't been online since Friday, when I was last at work - just moved and won't have internet set up at home until later today. *grumble* Looking at the article, I assume you found the images you were seeking? Oh, also, as requested in the box at the top of the page, please format using * and not : for uniformity sake. Thanks. :) - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:47, January 4, 2010 (UTC)
      • Sorry to disturb you, again. But the Suu article has the StarWars.com promotional image used in the infobox, which is clearly outdated by now. So could you replace it with something better? (By the way as you already saw, I uploaded the other images myself, but they are crapping quality, so....) —Jawaman No, I did NOT steal your droid! 16:39, January 7, 2010
        • Actually, the ones you uploaded are from the Episode Guide and are of excellent quality. As for the infobox, the character has appeared in a single episode so it's not possible for it to be outdated. It's promotional and hence the best option for infobox. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 16:42, January 7, 2010 (UTC)
          • Well, I have nominate the Suu article, but JangFett said the image had to be replaced with something better. —Jawaman No, I did NOT steal your droid! 18:46, January 7, 2010
            • Yeah, I saw his objection. I've asked him on his talk page to explain his reasoning. IMO, the statement doesn't hold water. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 18:51, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

R5-J2

Hey JMAS, I need some help, if you have the time. I've been working on the R5-J2 article, and I noticed that this image of R5-J2 you uploaded is from Behind the Magic. Does Behind the Magic actually identify the droid as R5-J2? Also, would BTM be of any use in helping me find R5 in Return of the Jedi? Thanks in advance. Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 01:22, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

  • It may be a while before I can find my BtM CD, as I just moved right before new years and I'm still unpacking my office boxes. However, if memory serves, the droid is not identified as anything more than "astromech droid" in the program. And I'm fairly certain it wouldn't be of any help at all to find him in the actual film. That image of him is a promotional still from ROTJ, and I'm not 100% certain is actually viewable in the film, though if he is, he'd likely be either in scenes of Vader arriving at the DS II or Palpatine's arrival. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 04:46, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

Grievous Intrigue

Hey JMAS, congrats on getting WotM. On a different note, I was wondering if I could get a shot of the space battle from Grievous Intrigue for me. Either showcases vessels from both factions, or one of the ambassadorial shuttle on the hull of Grievous's destroyer. Thanks! Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 05:36, January 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • I don't yet have the HD version of the episode to get screenshots from. If you find one from the episode guide, I can certainly crop the letterbox away for ya. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 23:40, January 6, 2010 (UTC)
    • Eh, I found some from the guide but I'm not a huge fan of any. I'll put one in the article for now but let me know when you can get the HD shot so I can replace it. Thanks! Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 07:53, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

Boot

Is there any particular reason why boot can't be a disambiguation page? Anyone knows what a boot is, and the article falls under WP:NOT English dictionary. It makes more sense to keep it as a disambig rather a mock-of-a-real-page. There already many precedents to this, like fish, stone and other. MauserComlink 13:26, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

  • Then there's shirt, pants and Underwear/Legends|underwear. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:30, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

Keelyvine

I really hope that rude "human" comment wasn't directed at me. It was pretty uncalled for. I don't know if I had put that in there previously, but if I did, I think one small mistake in a large update doesn't warrant that type of response.--Demos Traxen 18:43, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

  • 1. It wasn't rude, it was factual. 2. It was aimed at anyone and everyone who has put that she was human back in the article, not you specifically. That she is human has been put in several times by various anon editors and others and removed each time as unverified. That is all my edit summary meant. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 18:49, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

Re:Suu

While it is a matter of quality for the article, I also believe that there are more images of Suu to be placed in the infobox. Per Rule 16 of the GAN page, "…include a reasonable number of images of sufficient quality to illustrate the article, if said images are available.", and in this case, there are more suitable images of Suu that can be found in the episode. JangFett (Talk) 19:58, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

  • Ah, but I would counter that the intent behind that rule is in reference to the body of the article. Also, there are no images, of just Suu, that are large enough to fit the size requirements of the infobox. This one is a promotional image + of excellent quality + on a neutral background = ideal for the infobox. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:03, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

Dromund Kaas

Dromund Kaas was announced as a another planet in The Old Republic, and I took and uploaded a screenshot of it from their holonet. Its of questionable quality and I noticed you uploaded photos for all the other planets. Could you upload a better version? The image is here: File:DromundKaas-TOR.jpg. Thanks. Re : Warning

Hello Master J! I'd like you to know that whatever I posted in the Barriss Offee article is not fanon...everything comes straight out of 'The Approaching Storm', 'MedStar', & the 2 Clone Wars series + the StarWars.com databank

  • "Barriss was a thoughtful and observant person. She was generally reserved by nature but couldn't be intimidated that easily. As a Padawan, she had a slightly impulsive streak which was frowned upon by some elder Jedi. She had also mentioned once that she would prefer negotiations with a lightsaber over diplomacy to settle differences as she felt it was much more straightforward." - THE APPROACHING STORM & the StarWars.com Databank
  • "Shortly after this incident, while escorting a medical frigate, Barriss was infested by one of the Geonosian Brain worms which had taken over the ship. While dueling Ahsoka Tano, she managed to resist the worm's influence for a moment - only to plead with Ahsoka to kill her as she believed that was the only way to stop the parasites." - STAR WARS : THE CLONE WARS [Brain Invaders] - it shows that she was willing to sacrifice her life if it meant destroying the worms
  • "She was skilled in tandem fighting where her movements would be in sync with her partners in battle. This could be seen clearly when fighting

alongside her Master - together she and Luminara were a formidable team in combat." - STAR WARS : CLONE WARS + THE APPROACHING STORM + MEDSTAR 2

I hope I've made everything clear...I'm still trying to figure out how to go about editing-that's why I didn't put source links... I'd seen my post removed and I was gonna ask why coz I just wanted to improve the article...since no one mentioned it, i thought MAYBE i didn't save it right...that's why I reposted it. I appreciate constructive criticism...would you prefer it it if I asked around in the Knowledge Bank or the article's discussion page for approval next time??...if ppl don't agree then I won't waste my time...MAY I PLEASE REPOST MY INFO NOW ??? **WookieCookie** 15:51, January 15, 2010 (UTC) By the way, congrats on being made Wookiepedian of the Month..I saw your contributions and they're great!!!And I loved your captions for the PhotoCaption contest!! Starting Planets for TOR

How would i go about "properly referencing" the information?Altyrell 16:02, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

  • Wookieepedia:Sourcing - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 16:09, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
    • Ok, would i have to Reference each individual Planet/Class Section from BioWare's TOR Site or can i give the already listed Reference Number on the TOR page here?Altyrell 16:48, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
      • Honestly, your reasoning based on image icons isn't a strong enough argument, IMO. A link to something in writing, maybe on the forums would be necessary to convince me. But if you are still going to insist on putting the information, you need to at least link to the direct page on the SWTOR site, with your reasons written out, if not in the reference, then on the talk page. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 17:00, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
        • Ok, i understand.Altyrell 19:11, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

I was looking back at the interviews that was given and i found this one:

IGN: Does every class start on a separate planet? Are the planets open for other classes as well?
Dallas Dickinson: I don't think we've revealed all of our planets thus far. There will be several planets that will be shared by some starting classes, but I believe that throughout the game, other classes will get to revisit or visit those planets in another way. I can't definitively answer that question without revealing more about the way our planets are structured, which we're not willing to real at this point. I'm not sure I have an answer to that; Jake, can you come up with a synthesized way of my rambling?
Jake Neri: I think you're accurate. I think the best way to think about it is that each player with a unique story has a unique experience from the beginning of the game. But it is a massively multiplayer online game, so players should expect to be seeing other players.
Dallas Dickinson: Right, you're going to be crossing paths with players; you're going to be going into areas where they've been, etc, and that will be regardless of what class you are.

I am still going to look at more of the interviews.Altyrell 21:51, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

Holocron of Heresies

Hey JMAS,

I was wondering if you could provide me with the information from The Nightsister's Revenge (or whatever source it comes from) for Darth Andeddu's holocron please. Thanks,Tommy9281 17px (Mechno-chair) 21:46, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

  • There really isn't any that I can find. The "lore" for that card states, "With this, my strength will know no limit!" Mauser, who admittedly knows much more about the game than I, insists this is the same holocron, so he is probably the better person to ask. But while the artist, Kieran Yanner, may have modeled his illustration after Darth Andeddu's holocron, I believe the image from SWGTCG is to small and obscured to state with certainty that the aurebesh writing on it is identical. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:37, January 17, 2010 (UTC)
    • I hear you. However, while the writing may be too small, the rest of the holocron's details match every other image we've seen thus far of Andeddu's holocron, and we know from several sources (Mainly ROT that each Sith holocron looks different than the next and is unique to its creator. I think it's safe to say that they're the same if it's not explicitly stated, no?Tommy9281 17px (Mechno-chair) 01:15, January 17, 2010 (UTC)
      • Under normal circumstances, I'd probably agree with you. Take this holocron also illustrated by Kieran Yanner. The card title is simply "Sith Holocron" and since that is such an ambiguous title, and that the holocron looks so similar, I'd agree it's almost certainly Darth Andeddu's holocron. But since the card we are talking about was given the specific title "Holocron of Heresies," I'm less sure and almost leaning towards thinking it was intended to be a separate holocron. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 01:55, January 17, 2010 (UTC)

Tera Sinube's article

Just thought I'd stop by and apologize for giving you extra work this morning- I completely missed that edit-war template. Is it possible to get from you the image where Sinube draws his lightsaber from within his cane please? Thanks.Tommy9281 17px (Mechno-chair) 05:24, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

  • I have a couple options. Do you want the closeup of his separating his lightsaber hilt from the cane, or with the cane in one hand and ignited lightsaber in the other? I'm off to bed now, but let me know which you'd prefer and I'll upload it tomorrow. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 05:25, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

  • You can feel free to make whatever edits you like. All I'm doing is making sure you aren't violating copywrite laws by directly copying text from another website. I'm also making certain the pages conform to Wookieepedia standards. Honestly, before making any new pages, or even edits, I recommend learning from the all the handy links provided in the welcome message on your talk page. :) - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:58, January 28, 2010 (UTC)
    • OK...so I was about to edit it by using a standart design like with Rumi Paramita. But you edited it too fast for me to save. Damn. And what about the reserving of pages, could Trench be my responsibility. Please... Do reply, because I know that people love to get the best articles early and reserving them so nobody else can edit. Do help. Who do I turn to? Unsigned comment by Dangrievous (talk • contribs)
      • Place {{Inuse}} at the top of the page, after the {{Eras|imp}} tag. But I'll keep an eye on it and make any corrections needed as you go along to make sure it stays within Wookieepedia standards. Agreed? - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 14:06, January 28, 2010 (UTC)
        • Ok, that way it will be reserved under my name? Agreed!--Dangrievous 14:23, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

Cosian image

Hey, JMAS. I noticed you had uploaded a good, high-quality image from Lightsaber Lost for use in the Cosian article. Could you capture another such image, but one that shows Sinube's whole body? It's generally better to have a full-body image in the infobox of a species article if possible, and he features prominently enough in the episode that there are plenty of good shots where we see his whole body right down the feet! :) I was also hoping you might be able to capture a better version of File:Lutrillian mugshot.png|this image. Any chance? Thanks! ~ SavageBob 03:31, January 29, 2010 (UTC)

  • I should definitely be able to get the better version of the second image. The image currently in the Cosian article is so clear and nice because it's a publicity still. As for the whole body of Sinube… that might be a little more difficult to get. There are several elements at work against this happening in "Lightsaber Lost." Just about every shot that shows his full body either has his side or back facing the camera, is in horrible lighting conditions or he is in motion making it difficult to get a non-blurry shot. I'll see what I can do, but I can't promise anything. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 04:56, January 29, 2010 (UTC)
    • Cool, thanks. If you got through the publicity stills of the Lightsaber Lost episode guide at starwars.com, there are a couple that might work but are too small on that site to be really useful. One has him walking beside Ahsoka in a hallway. The lighting is not the best, but it's not bad either. His feet are cut off, but otherwise, it's a good shot, I think. The other one shows him walking in the Jedi Temple alongside Ahsoka. It's full-body, and full-lighting, so it would be ideal, but the publicity version on starwars.com's episode guide is too distant to be useful. I'm not sure what your capturing capabilities are from the episode itself, but maybe these would work if you have the power to get them at a higher size than the official website offers. ~ SavageBob 05:12, January 29, 2010 (UTC)
    • Ah, here and here are the images I'm talking about. ~ SavageBob 05:14, January 29, 2010 (UTC)
    • Spotted the new images; nice work. Thanks for the assist! ~ SavageBob 16:02, January 29, 2010 (UTC)
      • Always glad to help. On the Lutrillian mugshot one, because the camera was panning, that is the clearest any screenshot is going to get unfortunately. Thought I did get a little bigger screenshot and a tiny bit clearer than the PNG version I think. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 16:20, January 29, 2010 (UTC)

Sinube Request

Hey J,

I've added a few more Sinube quotes, so feel free to upload the audio for them whenever you get a chance. I do have a request for you though. Can you upload for me a screen shot of Sinube performing the mind trick on the Rodian from the Spider Arms Hostel? It's the part where he says, "We know where we're going." Thanks in advance.Tommy 9281 File:Mechnochair negwt.jpg|17px (Mechno-chair) 05:23, February 1, 2010 (UTC)

  • Actually, File:SinubeMindTrick.JPG|I got it myself somehow, but if you can provide a higher resolution upload (which I'm sure you can) that would be great. Thanks again.Tommy 9281 File:Mechnochair negwt.jpg|17px (Mechno-chair) 05:33, February 1, 2010 (UTC)
    • Done. Also, just to let you know I added the {{Imagecat}} and {{Soundcat}} templates near the bottom. Also, I shrank you thumbnails down to 220px wide, they looked way to big at 250 and 300px wide. Hope you don't mind. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:55, February 1, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Tahv

Hey JMAS, thanks a lot for bringing that to my attention. My only hesitation is that the Publisher's summary mentions a new "distant city," but I agree that it looks pretty much exactly like the description of Tahv so I'll go ahead and put it in the article. When Paragon comes out I'll just make sure there's nothing in there to indicate that it's not Tahv. Thanks again! Jonjedigrandmaster (Jedi Beacon) 21:47, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Vizsla

right|thumb|250px|"You stole my face!" Sure; thanks very much. CC7567 (talk) 18:44, February 4, 2010 (UTC)

  • On a different note, would it be possible to get an image from "The Deserter" of Rex and Lawquane (at about 9:54, at least in the iTunes version of the episode) when they first meet and are on opposite sides of the screen? I'm having trouble adjusting the brightness to be bright enough to see both of them while still having a brightness suitable for night and was wondering if you could lend me your expertise. (And, if possible, can it be a frame where Rex isn't completely letting his jaw drop so that he doesn't look like a total idiot?) Thanks in advance. CC7567 (talk) 08:03, February 5, 2010 (UTC)
    • I'm hoping this is the one you're talking about. And as luck would have it, this one was right at the commercial break so there was no CN logo I had to edit out. :) Here's the rub. I tried adjusting three things. First was something called "tone" in Photoshop. It did the best to brightening all the elements up… but, it changed the "tone" of the light coming in and made it distinctly look like sunlight and not moonlight. The other things were brightness and contrast. And with this kind of light/dark image, all adjusting those elements did was adjust the actual light streaming in, it barely affected the two clones at all. Kinda sucks, I know, but here's the best I think it's going to get. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 17:38, February 5, 2010 (UTC)
      • Thanks very much for both the excellent screen grab and the advice as well. CC7567 (talk) 05:57, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

Spoiler period

    • Yeah, QGJ told me before that the spoiler period is two-three weeks. Should we re-revert back to my edit in Lightsaber Lost? JangFett (Talk) 03:38, February 6, 2010 (UTC)
      • I'll leave it up to you. Frankly, I think that's a ridiculous timeframe. One month is perfect. The episode aired on the 22nd so the spoiler period ends on Feb 22nd. Nice and easy. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 03:39, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

TCW, once again

Hello. Could you help me find a suitable image for the Teth system please? MauserComlink 04:03, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • I'll see what I can do, but from what I remember of the scene where they approach Teth, it may be a matter of choosing the least awful option. *L* - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 17:12, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

I do agree, the image you added fits a lot better for the article. Thanks for letting me know. Marko14126 13:21, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

Request

Hey JMAS,

Can you do me a favor please? Can you upload a screenshot of the cargo manifest from Voyage of Temptation? There's a one where Anakin hands it to Obi-Wan while they're in the Coronet's dining room. There's also a quote for it from the episode which I've added to the article, so feel free to upload the audio for that as well. Thanks a lot.Tommy 9281 File:Mechnochair negwt.jpg|17px (Mechno-chair) 14:22, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

Re: WTCWtalk

While I do appreciate your enthusiasm to make the template more interesting, I do not honestly feel that it needs to be changed every single time a new group steps into the spotlight. You have my permission to do whatever you want to change the picture if you feel that it would be more interesting without having to ask me every time. CC7567 (talk) 19:33, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • I'm going to assume you are talking about {{Imagecat}} and you do that by placing the following typically as the first thing in either the Appearances or Sources section. {{Imagecat|Images of so-and-so}}. Hope that helps and is what you were looking for. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 22:22, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

Yet another screenshot request

Well, this time I have a request that takes you all the way back to Season One. Is it possible to get a good screenshot from "Jedi Crash" of the Consular-class cruiser heading away from the Liberty, at about 5:03 (in the iTunes version and most likely the DVD version as well)? Thanks in advance. CC7567 (talk) 07:28, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

  • Also, although I'm unsure if you have The Art of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, would it be possible for you to upload a better version of this image, as I myself am rather hesitant to attempt to scan it? CC7567 (talk) 01:17, February 15, 2010 (UTC)
    • Sadly, it is virtually impossible to get a good screenshot of the Republic frigate heading away from Liberty because it is a motion shot, every single frame is "in motion" and hence blurry. I'll keep trying, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. On the second request, I don't own AoSWTCW, but I am able to check it out from the library. The thing is, if that image is on the back cover, I won't be able to get any kind of good scan on it. If it is also located within the book, I should be able to. I've just put it on hold. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 07:48, February 15, 2010 (UTC)

File:LibertyRescue-JC.jpg|right|thumb|200px

    • My statement about the ship flying away from the Liberty still holds, but I did manage to get a shot of the frigate jumping into hyperspace from beneath the Resolute. I also have a very high quality publicity still of of Ahsoka, Anakin, Aayla Bly and Rex in the corridors of Liberty. Would either of those options be satisfactory alternatives? The publicity still is, of course, the better quality of the two images. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 08:08, February 15, 2010 (UTC)
      • I think the latter would work best, and thank you anyways. For the Art of SW:TCW picture, yes, it's in the book, although it's a two-page span. CC7567 (talk) 08:14, February 15, 2010 (UTC)

Boneworms

100px|right|thumb You uploaded this image from Alien Anthology a long time ago, but I was wondering if the book mentions on what planet the scene takes place. Boneworms are native to Necropolis, so it may be the only image we have of Necropolis, but I felt it would be better to ask you before I did anything.--Dr. Kermit(Complain.) 17:57, February 16, 2010 (UTC)

  • Having just perused the section in the sourcebook, it says nothing about boneworms being transplanted or migrated to any other world, so with that knowledge, I would say yes, you can use that image to represent Necropolis. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 18:07, February 16, 2010 (UTC)

Lock Request

JMAS could you upload me a picture of Lock, the clone captain] in the beginning of Grievous Intrigue ? Maybe a picture when he talks to Koth.--Clone Commander Lee Talk 15:26, February 18, 2010 (UTC)

  • Sorry, I had forgotten this one. One of him talking to Koth should be much easier than one of him fighting clones. But I'll on that soon. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:10, February 23, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Sig

Hey. Thanks for the offer, I'd be grateful if you could do this. Just upload the improved image, replacing the old one. I'll fix its height in my sig.

Thanks in advance. Lord Galvatron File:LG_Sig.png|20px Do you hear the voices too? 13:41, February 19, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for the new signature image, it looks nice.

Re:Unidentified Sith

This unidentified Sith has already been called a Sith Lord in Star Wars Insider 113. And I'm not a fan of that "wampa" theory; I prefer to use official sources over speculation. Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 21:27, February 20, 2010 (UTC)

Republic Troop Transport

Thanks for improving the RTT image, I'll be working on the page soon, and it'll really help. Bonbondoodle 09:12, 21 Feb 2010 (UTC)

Thank you very much. As you can see, I was kinda having a bit of trouble with that :PTommy 9281 File:Mechnochair negwt.jpg|17px (Mechno-chair) 16:41, February 23, 2010 (UTC)

  • I was starting to wonder if you were having a seizure over the upload button. ;) - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 16:44, February 23, 2010 (UTC)
    • Lol, something like that. I've put up another quote also, if you want to go ahead and upload the audio for it. Thanks again.Tommy 9281 File:Mechnochair negwt.jpg|17px (Mechno-chair) 17:23, February 23, 2010 (UTC)

Image request

Do you think you could fix this File:Sha Koon.jpg|image of Sha Koon so that it fits the 250px infobox width?--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 00:48, February 24, 2010 (UTC)

  • Thanks for fixing the image, JMAS.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 20:59, February 24, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks

Thanks from your help with that picture of Corran Horn and Tycho Celchu. You don't mind me copying it to Finnish Jedipedia? It is way better than the original.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 14:31, February 24, 2010 (UTC)

  • I don't own the image, so go for it. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 14:35, February 24, 2010 (UTC)
    • Cheers! It was hard to find a picture that was not already cropped where there was both Tycho and Corran.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 14:39, February 24, 2010 (UTC)

The Force Unleashed Campaign Guide

Is this page, The Force Unleashed Campaign Guide not a mess so. I edited it so it looks better.--Station7 18:17, February 24, 2010 (UTC)

  • Putting them in a bulleted list like that unnecessarily lengthens the infobox. It's better to leave them in a paragraph like they were. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 18:19, February 24, 2010 (UTC)
    • Amendment: On the ones like Introductory Adventure Game where it's just a few names, it looks fine. But when you have 6, 7, 8 or more to list, it lengthens the infobox too much.

Ganch

I just wanted to say that's the perfect quote for the beginning of the Ukio section. After I moved the first quote lower, I was at a loss as to which one to replace it with. Thanks for your help!--Demos Traxen 02:59, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

  • No problem. As soon as you moved it, I knew exactly which one I wanted to put there. :) - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 03:54, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

CSWE Image request

Hi, JMAS. When you get the chance, will you please upload the images of Koffi Arana and Melik Galerha? Thanks.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 14:05, March 1, 2010 (UTC)

Hey There

Wanted to ask you something! Do you thing Admiral Trench appears in "Cat and Mouse". Cause I have been having problems with two Mandos - Jangfett and CC-7567, who don't agree that Trench is in the 16th episode and that the information by tvb.com is not reliable...please reply on this matter. Thank you!--Dangrievous 20:14, March 3, 2010 (UTC)

  • Absolutely, the information on TVB is official. If they continue to revert the information, then I think the only recourse will be to start a CT to get community consensus and make it official Wookieepedia policy to accept information found on officially licensed websites of broadcasters for TCW. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:21, March 3, 2010 (UTC)
    • I'd like to point out that I have not been the one reverting the information. While I for the most part am unsure of TVB.com's officialness, I've been abstaining on the matter. CC7567 (talk) 20:27, March 3, 2010 (UTC)
      • I don't know if TVB is fully official. I simply do not care anymore. JangFett (Talk) 20:36, March 3, 2010 (UTC)
        • It is 100% official Under "Asia Pacific - Hong Kong. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:49, March 3, 2010 (UTC)
          • Thank you for pointing that out, JMAS. If someone had mentioned this before, then we could have avoided these arguments. :P JangFett (Talk) 20:55, March 3, 2010 (UTC)
            • Thanks for clearing the conflict, man! BTW...what do you think of the fact that Christphsis might be returning in The Clone Wars along with the first appearence of Admiral Trench...I have opened this as a question on Christophsis's talk page. Thanks again for the support and help! Cheers and have a nice day!--Dangrievous 19:50, March 4, 2010 (UTC)
              • I've seen no indication that Christophsis will be seen again (other than flashbacks in the newsreels at the start of episodes). What makes you think it will be seen again? - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 19:58, March 4, 2010 (UTC)
                • Just the moment at that video "The Clone Wars:Top 10 villains". You can see the Providence star-destroyer and sign "and coming soon...", but in the background there is familiar piece of a planet's surface. I checked the Christophsis pics and it sort of matches. I am not saying that it is going to appear, just wanted to see your opinion. Thank you.--Dangrievous 08:26, March 5, 2010 (UTC)

Inquiry

Hello, JMAS. I see from your uploads that you have Galaxy of Intrigue. I was curious if you could help me with some information from it, as my local bookstores do not have it in stock. I have been pulling together and researching information on Tessala Corvae to begin working on the article in the coming days. Could you please check in GoI and relay what information is there? I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks. Fiolli {Alpheridies University ComNet} 20:58, March 4, 2010 (UTC)

Christophsis image

File:Battle over Christophsis.jpg|right|thumb Hey JMAS, would you be able to re-upload the File:Battle over Christophsis.jpg|battle over Christophsis image that was deleted a few months back, as I've finally found a place to use it? Just to refresh your memory, it was of Yularen's Venator engaging the Separatist blockade over Christophsis. Thanks in advance. CC7567 (talk) 09:04, March 5, 2010 (UTC)

  • Just refreshing my memory, is it the one where it shows just the tip of the bow of the venator? - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:04, March 5, 2010 (UTC)

Image request

Heya JMAS. I'm again in a need of images: could u please upload images for the article Geonosian spy? The headshot would be from the scene where he reports to Poggle, then an image which shows him, TX-21 and Poggle in same scene, and then either the pic that shows him spying the Jedi or where he is angered, upload the one you feel is more suitable. Thank you again for your time, and for all of your uploads for Wookiepedia. Kreivi Wolter 21:56, March 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • Again, thank you so very much. I dare to say, Wookiepedia wouldn't be half what it is now withouth you here. Keep up the good work! Kreivi Wolter 16:44, March 8, 2010 (UTC)

Dual Lightwhips, not so much.

thumb|right|50px I dunno if you looked very hard at this image, but there's only one lightwhip, and one (empty) clenched fist. I think.I'm pretty sure. I could be wrong. Maybe it's just really dark and I'm partially color blind. SinisterSamurai 20:48, March 9, 2010 (UTC)

  • You are indeed correct. I didn't look hard enough at the other hand, just at what really looks like two light whip cords. Since it's only a single whip, that is one helluva long lightwhip. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:53, March 9, 2010 (UTC)

Yoda revert

You recently reverted some text I changed back to "Jedi Master Yoda, for whom the species is named", which is inaccurate from an in-universe perspective, as we don't know what the name of the species is. Did you just feel my edit was too wordy? —fodigg (talk) | 23:30, March 9, 2010 (UTC)

Peppi Bow image request

Firstly, I want to thank you for your vote on WotM. It means a lot to know that you consider me deserving. On an entirely different note, I was wondering if I could request a TCW image from you. Specifically, I need a picture of Peppi Bow attacking Vindi as he tries to crawl away from her to get his virus container. It's at the very end of Blue Shadow Virus. Thank you much in advance. Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 22:20, March 13, 2010 (UTC)

  • Done, and added to the article in the appropriate spot. :) Also, hope you don't mind but I shrunk your thumbnail size down from 330 to 250px as I was instructed long ago that thumbs shouldn't ever be more than 250px except in the rarest occassion. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 12:53, March 15, 2010 (UTC)

Millius Prime

I noticed you reverted my edits to Millus Prime. With all due respect, in the episode, Obi-Wan suggests a direct assault to the main laser generator, which he deduces is on Milius Prime. That is a picture of the main generator.--Dr. Kermit(Complain.) 12:50, March 17, 2010 (UTC)

  • Anakin says in the episode, and I quote, "The primary node, it must be near Millius Prime." Near Millius Prime, not on Millius Prime. Once again, my basis for reverting stands. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:10, March 17, 2010 (UTC)

Request

Could you add the quotes about the Mandalorian saboteur to his article. --Clone Commander Lee Talk 19:57, March 20, 2010 (UTC)

  • Yes, I'll try to get to this by tomorrow. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 14:38, March 21, 2010 (UTC)
    • Thanks. You can ignore the inuse tag. Clone Commander Lee Talk 09:01, March 30, 2010 (UTC)
      • Done. I apologize for how long this took. Normally it won't be such a delay. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 18:29, March 30, 2010 (UTC)
        • Thank you. Could you also add the quote from Almec to the bio ? Clone Commander Lee Talk 19:02, March 30, 2010 (UTC)
          • What quote from Almec? - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 19:26, March 30, 2010 (UTC)
            • He said something like: No Mandalorian would use such force. Clone Commander Lee Talk 19:30, March 30, 2010 (UTC)
              • Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using that. It only relates the saboteur in an offhanded way, and wouldn't be fitting as a quote by itself in the Bio section. I would recommend leaving it as is. Not every section has to have a quote. Or if you're concerned about the bio section lacking one, I'd say move the suicide quote up to the bio section and leave the P&T section without one. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 19:38, March 30, 2010 (UTC)

Excellent pic for harch

Dude, JMAS, you have chosen a great pic of trench to depict the species he represents. Thanks! --Dangrievous 09:34, March 21, 2010 (UTC)

Threat of the Conqueror

Hello JMAS, I was wondering if you could help me with uploading new images from the Threat of the Conqueror SWGTCG expansion. Mauser has collected all of the cards from the set, they're downloadable here. He's also compiled a list of articles that may need these images (see below). I've struck out the few that I've already done. Any help you could offer would be awesome. Thanks! Xicer920px(Combadge) 01:01, March 22, 2010 (UTC)

  • I'll certainly help out. I've also got access to the same game files and Mauser, so I can also get game scenario info as needed as well. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 02:16, March 22, 2010 (UTC)
    • Sounds like a plan. I'm a bit busy this week but I'll see what I can do. Xicer920px(Combadge) 13:23, March 23, 2010 (UTC)
      • I'm just letting you know, don't be offended if I reupload some of the images you've already done. Most of them I'm just able to crop a bit wider (250px or better) and just blend out the stat info using Photoshop. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 04:17, March 24, 2010 (UTC)

Hoth asteroid field image

Hey JMAS. Are you sure this is meant to depict the Hoth asteroid field chase in ESB? I figure it could be any Falcon-TIE asteroid field chase, so just wanted to make sure. Thanks. Toprawa and Ralltiir 00:47, March 24, 2010 (UTC)

  • Am I 100% certain? No. Am I 99% certain, yes. As the other packaging art for the expansion packs seems depicts the other major space battles from the films. I've emailed the artist to see if I can get a definite confirmation. I'll let you know if I get a response. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 01:20, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
    • OK, Dave got back to me very quickly. The one is confirmed to be the Battle of Yavin. But the image in question is the Falcon, but being chased through any old asteroid field. It's not the Battle of Hoth asteroid chase. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 01:41, March 24, 2010 (UTC)

Re:Kendal Ozzel

Actually, I would prefer if the quote stayed as is. The quote you suggested is virtually identical to part of the quote under "The Clone Wars" section. Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 11:17, March 24, 2010 (UTC)

Trench Topic

Hello there, I see you took away my trench page edit. But his ship was a Separatist Dreadnaught not a Providence-Class Carrier/Destroyer. Unsigned comment by Separatist Fan (talk • contribs)

  • First off, it is still being debated whether it is a separate class of ship or not. Second, regardless, you ignored the {{inuse}} tag at the top of the page and made an edit without discussing it with the current person working on it. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 16:38, March 24, 2010 (UTC)

Force sense in TOR:Smuggler's Vanguard"

This is what I considered a possible appearance of Force sense:

Her thoughts were swept away, though, when the Jedi turned to look over his shoulder with a puzzled expression and found himself looking straight into Hylo's eyes.

—bolded section struck me very much as a "spider-sense" moment that didn't quite save him, but I termed it "possible" as it's not explicitly labeled as such. —fodigg 20px (talk) | 20:16, March 26, 2010 (UTC)

  • I just realized that you might have thought I was saying that Hylo Visz used Force sense via her "luck" superstition. That was not my intention. I was saying that, in the above-quoted text, the Jedi sensed her and turned toward her, just in time to be incapacitated by a rapid introduction of crash helmet to skull, and not via the usual method. I'll wait for your response before putting the note back in the article. —fodigg 20px (talk) | 20:27, March 26, 2010 (UTC)
    • I know you weren't talking about Hylo. I don't fully agree, but I won't revert it if you want to put it back in. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:31, March 26, 2010 (UTC)
      • Well, can I ask why you don't agree? My claim is that this is a possible appearance, as there's no indication that anything should have given Hylo away. (I also think the "puzzled expression" hints at a nagging feeling in the Force that he wasn't alone, but that's supposition.) Are you saying it's not worth mentioning, even if this is a defensible claim? —fodigg 20px (talk) | 20:35, March 26, 2010 (UTC)
        • I'll agree with a possible. But use the {{Pos}} template, not the {{C}}. The word that clinches it for me is the "with". The puzzled expression was already on his face as he was turning around, not after he turned and saw her. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:57, March 26, 2010 (UTC)
          • Ah, good point. Yes, that pins down the sense I was getting. And thanks for the tag, I didn't realize they had that. I'll go put it back with the correct tag. —fodigg 20px (talk) | 20:59, March 26, 2010 (UTC)

Cropped screen image

[2] I know it's called cropping, but by doing so you've removed half of the information that's crucial to what that image is supposed to portray, which is the bottom columns of text. I realize the Cartoon Network logo is unsightly, but is it really necessary to crop it even when doing so will remove a good portion of very pertinent info from the image?
