Since you apparently have the fansite kit...
Since I've been working on the Gand article, I wanna account for a couple more random Gands, and since their appearance in TOR was confirmed by the fansite kit, I wanna know in what way. Just a couple images that confirmed it? If it's not too much trouble, could one of said images be uploaded? I'd like to make use of another generic Gand image for the article, and just a character study would be perfect.
And since we're on the subject of the fansite kit... Is it worth downloading? What all is in it? If it's mostly images and such, then that's great, as I'm always after a nice library of images. Trak Nar Ramble on 07:24, March 30, 2010 (UTC)
- Basically, the only images of Gand are tiny 97x97px avatars. Most any of the images, for which the kit is worth downloading, have already been uploaded here. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 11:54, March 30, 2010 (UTC)

Well, I spoke to CC mainly, as he's our resident TCW "expert" (moreso than me, at least). Your point makes sense to someone who hasn't seen the episode, but I'd suggest talking to him, and then if you need the article deleted, just let me know. Chack Jadson (Talk) 19:33, March 31, 2010 (UTC)

Coruscant Main Image
Ok, I'm not sure what in my reason for changing you are calling 'wrong' if you can please clarify. The image that I changed it too, is the one that appears in Episode 1 as well as two other sources. The image that you just changed it to, has only one source and did not appear in movie so can't claim to be the official view of the planet since anything shown in the movies takes precedent for canon. And I didn't say anything about the quality in my edit, because I agree the one you picked has a better quality. Is there a way we can get a better quality version? The problem is that the main image was on the talk page of Coruscant, but its not clear which picture was decided on though I assume it was the one that I just changed it back to because it was on Coruscant's page for a long time. We might want to put both on the talk page and see what people think would be best, or let and admin decide. Thanks for contributing. Coruscantfan 13:45, April 1, 2010 (UTC)
- And my reason for reverting it was abundantly clear. The image I placed is from an official source. That means it is canon. Period. And when looking at the two images, the one I used is much better quality. And for the infobox, the best quality image is what should be used. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 14:17, April 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Yes I realize it is canon and better quality. I'm simply pointing out that the first one is used in the movie, and it is used more by other sources. I was also just providing solutions to the problem. There is no need to get aggressive and testy about something so simple. Thanks. Coruscantfan 14:29, April 1, 2010 (UTC)
- The fact that it is from the movies in no way means it should go in the infobox rather than the digital render from TCW. The policy is that the best quality canon image go in the infobox. But, for your benefit, I'm attempting to put up a vote on the talk page, but the site is blocking my edit saying I'm trying to use a link from an external image hosting site, which I'm not doing. So I'm trying to get an admin's assistance. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 14:35, April 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Yes and I agree. Thank you for your efforts. I'll see if I can't find a better quality image from the movies that would satisfy everyone. And I'm not suprised by the external link issue. I've run into that before. Stupid droids! ;-)
- Why are you so dead set on finding another image to remove the current one? The one from TCW is perfectly fine. The other image from the films isn't in danger of being deleted because it is used elsewhere in other articles. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 14:43, April 1, 2010 (UTC)
- I'm not dead set, and I think the TCW image is good, if I can't find something by the end of today, then I won't worry about it. Its not that big of a deal, I just believe that if something from the movies exists that is good quality, it should have precdent over everything else. Coruscantfan 14:52, April 1, 2010 (UTC)

- Hey, JMAS... Does this monkey-lizard look like the one from Lighsaber Lost? They are both called "Muk Muk monkey" in the episode guides, so I'm trying to figure out whether it's the same individual or just a typical disdain for canon shown by the Clone Wars show... ~ SavageBob 23:41, April 4, 2010 (UTC)
- Tough to say. Without confirmation that they are the same monkey-lizard, I don't think we can state they are. They do look similar. The episode guide was probably just written calling them "muk muk monkeys" for easy identification for younger readers to let them know it's the same kind of creature based on the first one shown in the series, Pilf Mukmuk.
- Do you still have access to Lighsaber Lost'? The article Muk Muk Monkey is currently supposed to be for the monkey-lizard in that episode, but there's no image. Could you supply one? I think once we have images of both m-ls, it might be easier to figure out what's going on. Otherwise, we may just have to wait for some future source to clarify what or who a "muk muk monkey" is. ~ SavageBob 05:35, April 5, 2010 (UTC)

There it is, the previous page, I just didn't read well enough when I skimmed over it. It reads like a "personals ad":

You: fast moving, multi-appendaged, literate. Age not important, chins a must. I like scrapping asteroids, quiet plows on the beach, laser-lit feeding cycles, film. Zillo Beast image request
Hey JMAS,
I'm wondering if you can help me out. I'm looking for an image of Anakin riding R2-D2 away from the Zillo beast. You have a history of uploading excellent-quality screenshots from TCW, so you were the first person I thought of. Also you've been uploading images from the episode in the last day or so, so I'm assuming you've seen it. Just over 10:50 into the episode, right after Mace says "We're going to need some heavy artillery," there's a shot of the beast snapping at Anakin & R2, followed by a different-angle shot of it snapping at them, followed by a shot of Anakin & R2 zooming off into the distance and Anakin looking back at the camera (or at the beast, I guess) --- would you be able to provide me with an image of the latter shot? If so, thanks so much, and if not, no worries. Cheers! Menkooroo 13:31, April 6, 2010 (UTC)
- Since those shots were all pretty high speed action, I can't promise a good screenshot, but I'll try. I'm finishing up on "Bounty Hunters" right now and then I'll go to work on "Zillo Beast." - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:37, April 6, 2010 (UTC)
- Awesome, thanks. Also, your message was posted at 13:37. Heh. Menkooroo 14:03, April 6, 2010 (UTC)
- Sadly, that screenshot is going to be impossible to get, unless by some official source decides to release that particular shot as a publicity still, it's just too blurry. I'll have a couple other options from prior to that scene for you to choose from though. Check back here tomorrow. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:31, April 6, 2010 (UTC)

Electro-proton bomb image
File:Electro-proton bomb.jpg|right|thumb I uploaded a mirrored image of the Electro-proton bomb by mistake and had to revert it back to yours. The reason is because the video sequence on Starwars.com that was shot showing the aurebesh writing on the bomb was mirrored, and so I thought that the EPB image you had was, too. Oops. Anyway, it's fixed. The lettering on the cone, which I put into the aurebesh article, reads "CAUTION ION DETONATOR." Any chance of a higher quality image to be able to discern the rest of the writings on the casing and the fins? GethralkinHyperwave 17:02, April 11, 2010 (UTC)
- I mirrored it so the aurebesh is the right direction. I trust this is for the Aurebesh article, not for the bomb article, so I went ahead and added it there. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 22:57, April 11, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks. Looks good. I also found the source on Starwars.com for the other text, so I have cited it on the page. GethralkinHyperwave 17:33, April 12, 2010 (UTC)

Battle of Malastare force strengths edit?
You performed a revert to my edit on the force strengths during the Battle of Malastare, claiming it to be "completely unnecessary". However, a simple revert was sloppy and not in order; I had added in Vulture droids, which were not previously noted there at all, as well as gave minimum values based upon the scenes in which we see the various units directly on-screen. I don't see how my edit was unnecessary when battle articles are supposed to have as accurate counts as possible and we have visually verifiable evidence. Moreover, why are my minimum counts "unnecessary" but the minimum counts of units in the previous versions of the article (established the same way mine are) okay? I'm just not seeing your reasoning here, so please help me to understand your reasoning because I feel my points are valid.--R.Werner 21:17, April 12, 2010 (UTC)

Rayshield
I saw your edit in the Ray shield article, and moved around some of the images. Tell me what you think. :) The hallway 328 ray shield image should stay in the article, as it was identified as a ray shield in the film. JangFett (Talk) 16:40, April 19, 2010 (UTC)
- I understand your reasoning, and agree it should stay. But that image is already the main image in at least one other article as well as used in several others, so I don't think it needs to be front and center here. The one from DotD is also explicitly identified as a ray shield, and the shield stands out more. So they are both still in, I just swapped their locations. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 16:50, April 19, 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, I remember that line from the episode, too. But, I don't see the reason to replace every image with TCW-related ones. Just a thought. :P JangFett (Talk) 16:56, April 19, 2010 (UTC)
- In no way do I think every image should be replaced with TCW ones. I do firmly believe in image diversity though. And the ROTS image is already used several times, and it is no better quality or higher canon level. If an image is going to be removed from the article though, I'd rather it be the faamba one. So take a look now, and tell me what you think. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 17:16, April 19, 2010 (UTC)

Duchess of Mandalore
File:SKASOWKPAPMA-DoM.jpg File:Gynt dead.jpg Hey JMAS, I was wondering if I could get an image of the final scene in Duchess of Mandalore from you. Specifically, a shot of Kenobi, Satine, Skywalker, Amidala, Palpatine, and Mas Amedda in the chancellor's office. Thanks much! Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 21:15, April 26, 2010 (UTC)
- Would this be what you're looking for? - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 12:08, April 27, 2010 (UTC)

I would normally just do it myself and wait for you to improve it :P but the timeline video player isn't working for me right now. Thanks in advance! Power of the Jedi Sourcebook
Hey JMAS. I see that you have the Power of the Jedi Sourcebook, and I'm wondering if you can help me out. Do you know what info it has on Bultar Swan other than that her masters were Micah Giett and Plo Koon? If there's more info than you want to type, is there any chance you could provide a scan? If not, no worries at all. Cheers and thanks! Menkooroo 14:44, April 27, 2010 (UTC)
- Actually, scratch that. I think I found the info. Thanks anyway! :^) Menkooroo 07:16, April 28, 2010 (UTC)

LToTS Image request
Hey JMAS, seeing as I'm a hopeless noob when it comes to images, would you be kind enough to crop an image of the temple from this file? Many thanks. Jonjedigrandmaster 20px (We seed the stars) 22:51, April 27, 2010 (UTC)
- I am working on this. I'm having to blend out the title word "Savior" though so it'll be a little while. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 01:45, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
- No problem at all; thanks again. :) Jonjedigrandmaster 20px (We seed the stars) 02:26, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
Although I admittedly don't like the fact that the top of his head is cut off, the image is quite suitable and is a better fit. Thanks for getting it. CC7567 (talk) 04:36, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
Re: Rex project
Sure, I'd love to see it. I don't know if I'll choose to implement it into the article, but I can give it a try. CC7567 (talk) 05:55, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
Rieekan picture
Hi, JMAS. Just had a quick question about this pic: File:Rieekan-TNR.jpg. I was just wondering if there was any info on the card, and what exactly the card was called. Cheers, Thefourdotelipsis 07:36, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
- The "lore" for the cards states "The general who acted as theater commander of all Alliance forces in the Hoth system." - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 01:57, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for that. :) Thefourdotelipsis 02:36, May 2, 2010 (UTC)

Do you own—or do you know anyone who does own—the article The History of the Mandalorians?--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 13:51, April 30, 2010 (UTC)

Unidentified Jedi Master
Where exactly was it confirmed that the Jedi from the "Deceived" trailer is a Master? I don't see anything on the TOR Holonet, and the "Jedi Master" mentioned in StarWars.com's article on the Deceived book hasn't been identified as the Jedi in the trailer. Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 15:45, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
- This stunning narrative finds the dark hero battling a veteran Jedi Master, setting the stage for the affairs and betrayals surrounding (ie. the events of "Threat of Peace" comics) the last battle of the Great War before the signing of the Treaty of Coruscant. (ie. the Sacking of Coruscant) It seems as obvious to me as a brick through a window. However, you are correct. It doesn't explicitly state it. So revert it. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 01:49, May 1, 2010 (UTC)

- Hey, JMAS! If you have time, could you upload a couple of shots of Ponds in the Boba Fett arc? Probably a shot of him, Kilian, and that clone naval officer being kept hostage, and Ponds, sadly, being tossed out into space. Thanks. JangFett (Talk) 03:23, May 3, 2010 (UTC)
- Here's one of them held hostage aboard Slave I. As for the second one, I'm still waiting on a good quality source for that. I'll add it here when I get it. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 13:39, May 3, 2010 (UTC)

- Here's the one of Ponds's body being ejected into space. One that that is interesting. Hardcase image request
File:Jesse Hardcase Kix.jpg|right|thumb|100px Hey, JMAS. Can you upload a good image of Hardcase? Preferably, him and Kix talking near Rex. I have another Rex and the clones image that I'm going to use, but I don't want another image of them looking over Rex. 19:50, May 7, 2010 (UTC)
- Does this suit your needs? I'm fairly certain I named the file in the correct order from left to right that it's Jesse on the left, Hardcase in the center and Kix on the right. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 02:21, May 8, 2010 (UTC)

Time to discuss this as a comitee
I dont want to start an edit war, so lets discuss this over before making any page moving again. As you can see, I placed the rank template for him. The name Commander isn't his real name, but it is more canonical than the one with the conjecture title. Kreivi Wolter 14:39, May 10, 2010 (UTC)

Image Purge
Hey JMAS,
I hope you don't mind that I marked these two images for deletion: File:MCQ-threepiogod.jpg|nyah and File:Oldr2.jpg|nyah. They were respectively purged from Threepio's and Artoo's bts sections by me a month or so back and are currently orphaned, and the deletion page tells me that I'm supposed to identify the original uploader. So, just letting you know that I've marked them for deletion. Let me know if you object. Menkooroo 01:21, May 13, 2010 (UTC)
- That crosses the line. I hereby refuse to help you with any request ever again. :p Actually, I think the Artoo hieroglyphs one should stay. I think I fit it in nicely in his BTS section without having to remove any currently used. Take a look. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 02:44, May 13, 2010 (UTC)

Imp Knight armor article
Please head over to the Imperial Knight armor and take a look around, as you were the one to originally change it from an independent article to a redirect. I want to make sure it meets sufficient quality by your standards to support having its own article. It was my opinion that if their lightsabers warranted an article, so too did their armor.—fodigg 20px (talk) | 17:56, May 17, 2010 (UTC)

Malak image query
Hey JMAS, Trays referred me to you. Could you upload the image of Malak from the first timeline video? You'll get the best shot of him at 1:04 in the video. Thanks.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 23:24, May 18, 2010 (UTC)
- I would recommend simply using this image. It's the same image, but much cleaner from the loading screen for the KOTOR vg. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:15, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
- You sure that would be OK? I was planning to put it in the Legacy section and the caption would be something along the line, "An imnage of Malak from a holorecord produced by Gnost Dural" or something. I don't think I could add the existing image and say the same thing; while it is the same image, it at the same time isn't.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 00:20, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
- Sure, it's OK to use it. I can't see any reason why not. It is the identical image, just better quality. Both sources for the image are now listed on the file page. If you're concerned about FA/GA objections, you might consider asking an Inq or AG member for their opinion on it. If one of them says that the images need to be separate, I can always upload it then. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:26, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
- OK thanks, let me ask around first.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 00:30, May 19, 2010 (UTC)

- OK thanks, let me ask around first.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 00:30, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
- Hi JMAS, incase you didn't get my e-mail, here's my reply to yours:
- "If I gave the impression that I did not think it was a canon source I apologize. That was not my intention. And yes, I would still like the image from the holovid. I'm unsure if I sent you this already, if I did, please disregard this message. I looked in my sent box and it said I didn't send you this, but it could be mistaken."
- Anyway, thanks for your help, and let me know if there's anything I can do for you.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 20:11, May 21, 2010 (UTC)
- Nope, I got it. Sorry, I completely spaced on this. I've got the screenshot at home ready to go. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:21, May 21, 2010 (UTC)

How do you make suggestions?
How does someone create a new article or make a suggestion for one? You have sooo many edits, are you the creator of this site?--Cc-7567 lover 23:29, May 18, 2010 (UTC)
- No, I'm not the creator of Wookieepedia. The best way to learn your way around how everyone does things around here, I highly recommend making use of the information presented in the welcome message you removed from your talk page. That's why, while not expressly forbidden, it's recommended that users not remove that initial welcome post. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 23:34, May 18, 2010 (UTC)
Trading card image
In the sources section of Yuthura Ban's article, it says that she's in a trading card called "Know Victory" from The Shadow Syndicate line of the SWGTCG. Would it be possible for you to upload for her article, and if you don't have it, do you know somebody that does?--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 23:41, May 18, 2010 (UTC)
- I removed the source, it has to be false. Yuthura Ban lived during the KOTOR timeline. The SWGTCG takes place during the Galactic Civil War. While the Twi'lek darksider on the "Know Victory" card may look similar, there is nothing on the card to identify the persons depicted on it. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:26, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
- Hmm, wonder who added it in the first place. Thanks, JMAS.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 00:29, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
- It was Mauser that added it. But looking around the TCG gaming console, the card has no lore, so I can't understand why he added it. My removal of it still stands as far as I can tell. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:47, May 19, 2010 (UTC)

Captions
Thank you for the heads up. I can't imagine a page so massive that the latter qualification would be a concern, so I'll treat links in captions the same as links in the article body (though they would always be the last instance to be linked). Good to know though. —fodigg 20px (talk) | 19:52, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
Shimrra
You have yet to provide proof that it should be at Shimrra Jamaane. Feel free to move Bail Prestor Organa back to Bail Organa, btw. Oh, and consider this a formal warning. Calling me "ackbar" (whatever that means, though I can imagine) and acting as though I am a cancer to the Wook will not be tolerated. Chack Jadson (Talk) 19:55, May 20, 2010 (UTC)
- Calling you Ackbar was an error on my part. I was looking at the Ackbar article, and my fingers typed what I was seeing. No insult was intended. I do not think you are a cancer to Wookieepedia. Far from it. You are a valuable admin to the site. The only problem I have is that I find it a little disturbing that a site policy can just be overlooked. The MF audio book is just a valid, and canon a source as the novel itself. Is it the only place that refers to him by a full name of Shimrra Jamaane? Yes. Same story for Bail Organa. Only one or two sources add the Prestor in. I would prefer the article be just Bail Organa because, like your argument for Shimrra, it is what he is referred to 99% of the time. My preference however is irrelevant because it doesn't agree with established site policy. As no source has ever stated that he dropped the name, and an established legitimate source has referred to him by a full name, even if only once, that one single instance still trumps speculation. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:08, May 20, 2010 (UTC)
- Apology accepted. As for Shimrra, I don't think it's likely that either one of us is going to back down, and so I think that starting a talk page vote would be best. I guess a CT could be used, but historically those tend to be reserved for things more important than just one article. I'll start a talk page vote. Chack Jadson (Talk) 20:14, May 20, 2010 (UTC)
- Thank you for understanding. I don't think you're a bad guy and I don't want us to be at odds. I'll start an official vote on the talk page and we'll see what other Wookieepedian's think. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:18, May 20, 2010 (UTC)

TOR cats
Let's keep the concept art out of the in-game screenshots categories. --Imperialles 15:15, May 21, 2010 (UTC)
- Both categories are accurate. While the images may be concept art, they are all people also. There is no reason they cannot be included in both categories. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 15:24, May 21, 2010 (UTC)
- I realize they're images of people. But they are not images that actually appear in the finished game, hence the distinction. --Imperialles 15:28, May 21, 2010 (UTC)
- Then I suggest we create a new category Category:Images from Star Wars: The Old Republic (screenshots). The images can then be in one or the other of concept art or screenshots as well as in the fitting other category (creature, people, etc). Better to add an extra category and be more specific, IMO. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 15:31, May 21, 2010 (UTC)

Procedure CT
Hey, JMAS. Just letting you know that we've tweaked the wording of the CT on procedure so that a reply is not required. The new wording features this clause removed from option one: "All users who have cast votes prior to the desired change to be included are directly contacted and have expressed either their approval or rejection of said change by commenting under their vote, or the alteration to the vote is rendered invalid." Could you add the first part of the dialogue between CC-4142 and Koth to Lock's article? Thank you. Clone Commander Lee Talk 17:18, May 25, 2010 (UTC)
- To be concrete, could you give me the first part when Koth asks Lock for a status report. Thanks. (Would be the last GAN objection :))Clone Commander Lee Talk 07:43, May 27, 2010 (UTC)
- I'll work on it later today. As per one of JangFett's comments, you should be able to add the quote yourself to satisfy the objection. I'll work on the the audio for it later today though. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 15:12, May 27, 2010 (UTC)

About the Moldy Crow
I really do suggest you listen to the audio file. He does say "Great". Sorry to tell you that but he does. Secondly, I am triple checking the formatting I apologize that I messed it up.Spectre1Rule 1: Kill 'em before they kill you. 18:07, May 29, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't know about you but I think the way he says "Great", adds more personality to the quote. Don't get me wrong it's all up to the user in general but I think you should keep the original sound file. It shows off Kyle's personality more. But as I said, that's just me. Spectre1Rule 1: Kill 'em before they kill you. 20:30, May 29, 2010 (UTC)
- If the quote was for Kyles article, I would have left it. But the quote is for and about the Moldy Crow and therefore was superfluous. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:48, May 29, 2010 (UTC)

- Because it's an action shot, it may not be possible to get a clear shot of his shooting at Ventress. If I can, I will, if not, I'll get one of his laying on the ground beheaded. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 18:36, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

Revan
I thought I saw Revan leading the sith in the sacking of Coruscant on the old republic trailer when the shuttle crashed and the door opened. It looked like he was the first to ignite his lightsaber. I was asking if you would see the trailer for yourself because I wanted to make sure I had permission from you to do it. Thank you in advance -Commanderneyo77 12:42, June 10, 2010 (UTC)

Image query
Is there a particular reason why my images were deleted. Trayus gave me the go-ahead to upload them. Just wondering, that's all.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 00:24, June 11, 2010 (UTC)
- I marked them for deletion for being duplicates because I saw nothing wrong with the existing images. If you look at the majority of character infoboxes, the preferred crop ratio is roughly 3x4 (480x640 for example), not square as your uploads were. There is definitely nothing wrong with the Baras image in there. I can see your thinking on the Angral image, seeing as Baras's shoulder is visible. But it's not so visible that it distracts from the subject of the image. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:40, June 11, 2010 (UTC)
- Ah, OK. No objections here.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 00:45, June 11, 2010 (UTC)
Revan pics
Thanks for the pics, they will all be used somewhere. I'm downloading the video, so if there are any other images of Malak I'd like I'll ask. I;m peeved that they made Revan light-skinned, but according to the info in the actual article for the timeline, maybe it's inaccurate?--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 01:22, June 12, 2010 (UTC)
- Well, all the one's I've uploaded from Timeline 8 are already in use. So, just as a suggestion, I'd recommend trying to use the one's Maxattac uploaded first, to make sure they have a place in the main namespace and not just on a talk page. And most definitely, if there are any others you need from the timeline, don't hesitate to ask. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 03:54, June 12, 2010 (UTC)

Ghôsh Windu image
Why should the TCW image be used instead of the live-action one? For one, I see no reason why how many other places an image is used should have any effect; if it's a good image, then by all rights it should be used in multiple places. Second, why use a TCW image on an article that has absolutely nothing to do with TCW? The ghôsh is never mentioned or referenced in anything related to TCW. I still think that File:Mace Windu.jpg, being essentially a portrait, is the most encyclopedic and therefore best image, but if you're dead set against that one, then at least use a relevant image, like File:Mace-shatterpoint.jpg. —Master Jonathan 20px (Jedi Council Chambers) 17:32, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
- If an image is unused, it get's deleted. The TCW image is only used in the Ghosh Windu article. Therefore, since the portrait is already used multiple times, it doesn't need to also go in the Ghosh Windu page. It's not as though the page iOfficial Pix doesn't make any mention of Ghosh Windu for that image, so by that argument, the only image that rightly belongs in the article is the image of Windu from the cover of Shatterpoint (novel). I'm willing to let the portrait also be used for the Ghosh Windu article, if the TCW image another place can be found for it. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 17:37, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
- OK, I found a spot in the Mace Windu article that had room for one more image and put the TCW image there. Based on the last sentence of your response, unless you have any further objections, I'm going to change the ghosh image back to the portrait. —Master Jonathan 20px (Jedi Council Chambers) 17:45, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
- I've actually already put the Shatterpoint image in there, as I think it best illustrates the topic of the article. But, I won't revert it or object if you have your heart set on the portrait in there. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 17:50, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
- I guess that works. As long as it isn't the TCW one, I'm fine with it. —Master Jonathan 20px (Jedi Council Chambers) 17:54, June 16, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Star Wars Galaxy Cards
Hey. I have access to the Series 5 card list, but not the Series 4 one. This website seems to have a card list for Series 4 though, and it looks accurate based on the card fronts I have for that series. The two you mentioned are from Series 4, card numbers 4 and 5 from that list above. Xicer920px(Combadge) 19:45, June 21, 2010 (UTC)
- Many thanks. I'll add the list to the Series 4 page. On that same topic, I also have one of Tarkin sitting in his DS conference room chair, Leia in her white Episode IV gown with hood up and blaster with Rebel Starbird above and behind her, Han holding his blaster, with a vertical Falcon flying straight up above and behind, Chewie with Han frozen in carbonite behind him, and Lando in his Cloud City garb with a blaster (background is just a two dark columns on each side of a light columns right behind Lando). Any idea on those as to which series? I'm guessing Series 4 also. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 21:01, June 21, 2010 (UTC)

Look, you can plainly see the difference in proportions and details between the pistol on the right and the rifle on the left. It isn't just because it's concept art. This is just a general inquiry about the copyright status of images, and since you upload most of the images I figured you'd know. That clone
Hey, JMAS, I want to discuss to you about the reverting that supposed ARC trooper image from the article. Basically my point was we should just wait until the episode/episode guide or if any other information about this clone is revealed. To be honest, using promotional images for the main image of an article is nonsense. When someone sees something, usually from TCW, they get all excited and want to quickly change something or add an image in an article. We shouldn't jump so soon and change something before it's actually confirmed. I think it would be best if we do that and wait. And I see nothing wrong with that image of Fordo and his other ARC troopers behind him as the main image. Just because TCW shows something, we don't have to end up "TCW-izing" every article. :P Thanks man, JangFett (Talk) 15:38, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
- I'm going to start by saying I think you're a great guy and a great editor. That stands regardless of whether I agree with you or not on some points. Regarding this issue, I completely disagree. :p Your first point about promotional images used as main images being nonsense, I think that statement is nonsense. The main image of an article is supposed to be the best quality image possible. Promotional images are the best quality images 99% of the time, as is the case with the ARC trooper article. It is confirmed that is an ARC trooper. The file name of the image confirms it is an ARC trooper.
- I agree that many people jump the gun when it comes to TCW subjects. I, however, am not one of those people. I prefer to take a middle ground. I believe in using common sense (if it looks like a bantha, smells like a bantha, walks like a bantha, it is a bantha) mentality so even if something isn't spelling out in writing, but looks, sounds and acts like something, then it is that thing (Pilf Mukmuk in "Lethal Trackdown" for instance). On the other side of the coin, I also do not and would not advocate making an Unidentified Advanced Recon Commando article based on that image.
- I hope that addresses the issue at hand, and confirmed without question for you that the image is of an ARC trooper. And since is the most "recent IU" depiction of an ARC trooper, and the best quality image on hand, should remain as the main image. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 16:12, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
- Better yet, why not you start another image voting in the talk page. I know it's not going to be the best way to solve this, since all those random TCW fans will vote for that new ARC trooper, but it's certainly better if we get a consensus going instead of arguing/reverting about which image is more appropriate for the article. JangFett (Talk) 19:56, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
- Just to clarify, I reverted it based on you're reasoning in the edit summary not being valid. However, you are probably correct. I'll take it to the talk page. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 19:59, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
- Not valid as in what? I was only saying we should wait until something more is confirmed about this guy. Pretty much he's been released not even a week ago, and already certain people are getting anxious and wanting to change the ARC trooper main image. JangFett (Talk) 20:04, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
- Your edit summary stated that it isn't confirmed that the image is of an ARC trooper. That statement is not valid as it is confirmed by the very file name on SW.com. See my comments above and on the comments section for the vote on the talk page as to the reasoning for it being validity being used as the main image. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:18, July 23, 2010 (UTC)

Pyn'gani
Do you have Empire at War or its sequel? If so could you try and get a good screenshot of some Pyn'gani structures? I understand that they look like igloo? If you see anything else that might be useful to describe or possibly show on their article, please also grab a shot of that too. --Eyrezer 02:08, July 26, 2010 (UTC)
- I understand some of their structures are present in the top left corner of the map, on an island with a shield generator, if that helps. --Eyrezer 02:13, July 26, 2010 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, I don't own EAW or FOC. I think Culator has them, based on some of planet screenshots he's uploaded. He'd probably be the best person to ask as he'll be able to get you great screenshots. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 12:06, July 26, 2010 (UTC)
IFD
Hey, JMAS,
How come you marked this for deletion? Are hyperspace images not allowed?—Tommy 9281 03:20, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
- Nope, sorry. Per WP:IMAGES, number 3. Also, per Wookieepedia:Hyperspace content. Sorry man. :\ - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 04:57, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
- But if the image is from Lumiya: Dark Star of the Empire, which says it was featured in Star Wars Galaxy Magazine 3, if you can get that image from that source without the Hyperspace logo at the bottom, then it would be fine. But since the one you uploaded has the logo, it's taboo here. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 05:00, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
Re: Wolffe's eye
Thank you for pointing out the error in the article and bringing it to my attention, as I wasn't aware that the TPB version had corrected this error. I've fixed up the additions to Wolffe's article, so the conflict should be rectified up now. CC7567 (talk) 23:15, July 31, 2010 (UTC)
Sporting blaster pic from BtM
200px|rightHi JMAS! I am working on Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, First Edition-related articles. The Hunting blaster is described as sport variant of blaster rifle. I think this would be a good pic for hunting rifle, but it is described as sporting blaster. You have uploaded this pic long ago. I don't find it in the Behind the Magic. Can you confirm this is called sporting rifle? Or calling it sporting is just an assumption of a previous editor? Darth Morrt 10:57, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
- The original uploader got it from the Wizards website and it was called a sporting blaster there. Unfortunately, that is no longer available as they've shut all their SW RPG info on their site down now. Yes, I can confirm it is from BTM, but I cannot confirm whether it is called a sporting rifle or not in that source. If you look in the "Usage" section of the sporting blaster article, it describes sporting rifles being used for big game hunting, so I think it would be fair to use this image to also depict a hunting rifle. It's a sporting rifle for game hunting. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 15:29, August 1, 2010 (UTC)

Audio files
Hi, I was wonderinf if you could tell me how to download and upload those audio files that you made from Star Wars: The Old Republic trailers. I wanted to use them on the Dutch Star Wars: The Old Republic Wiki and also the English Star Wars: The Old Republic Wiki. --Darth Stefan (Talk) 14:41, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
I use a variety of programs, including FormatFactory, Windows Movie Maker being the primary two necessary.I think I misunderstood your request. You're not asking how I made them, but how to access them. I don't believe you can just "transfer" them or export the files from here to there. So you'll need to save the files from Wookieepedia to your hard drive. Then just upload them to your wiki. As to uploading them there, that would be specific to your particular wiki. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 15:23, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
