"Galactic Tales: A Loose Connection" is a short story written by Kristin Baver. It was published in Star Wars Insider 235, on December 9, 2025 as part of the "Galactic Tales" series to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the film Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens and centers on a thirteen years old Rey on Jakku.
