Does this not best describe the makeup of the squad? Hunter was the commanding officer as a sergeant, Echo was a staff officer/ NCO as a corporal, but SIMULTANEOUSLY they are a CC an ARC respectively, contributing to the strength of the team (currently in addition to Wrecker and Crosshair, the other two CCs).
We don't know if Corporal is an NCO rank, but nevertheless Echo is still an officer and should be listed imo
