The Milvaynians were the inhabitants of the[1] Inner Rim Territories[2] planet Milvayne. They included humans like Tam Posla[1] as well as a variety of alien species[3] including Abednedos, Ishi Tib, and Rodians.[4]
Behind the scenes
A Milvaynian first appeared through the appearance of Tam Posla in Rogue One Adaptation 2.[5] The "Helmets" section of the sixty-fifth issue of De Agostini's Star Wars Helmet Collection series, published in 2018, then introduced the term as Posla's species,[6] while the 2019 reference book Ultimate Star Wars, New Edition contradicted that by stating that his species was human.[7] The issue "Din Djarin and Other Characters of the Underworld" from De Agostini's Star Wars Encyclopedia series then backed the fact of Posla being human and called him a Milvaynian, thereby establishing it as a demonym.[1] This article therefore ignores the information from Star Wars Helmet Collection.
