The Amloch system[2] was located in the Rayter sector in the Outer Rim Territories'[4] Galactic Frontier[2] and the Western Reaches,[3] situated in grid square J-19 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[4] The system contained the ocean moon of Amloch.[2] In 382 BBY,[5] Jedi Knight Zallah Macri and her Padawan, Kevmo Zink, rescued a prospector team from a superstorm in the oceans of the moon. After successfully doing so, the pair stayed for an additional day in the system, which allowed them to be ready to help Jedi Knight Azlin Rell with a mission on the planet Tiikae.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Amloch system was first mentioned in Path of Deceit, a young-adult novel written by Tessa Gratton and Justina Ireland and published in 2022[2] as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase II.[6]
