Rex in Widevision
Hey QuiGon. If my memory serves correctly, I believe it was you who added a number of The Clone Wars: Widevision cards to articles as sources. Do you happen to know if Rex was featured in any, even if it was only {{Po}}? Thanks. CC7567 (talk) 07:16, October 16, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks a bunch! :) I suppose I owe you again. :P CC7567 (talk) 04:39, October 17, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Quick question
I personally give precedence to the Encyclopedia because it's more accessible now, but I don't think there's a warranted need to update all previous DB citations to Encyclopedia entries. The fact of the matter is that we'll never see some Databank info on the official site ever again, which was why {{DB}} was modified to account for that loss. Because we can now give archived entries for the DB, the clone trooper articles should be fine as is, though feel free to update them to the Encyclopedia if you see fit. Waxer & Boil
Any problem with me swapping out the infobox images of Waxer and Boil with promo shots from the new Encyclopedia entry? —Unsigned comment by JMAS (talk • contribs)
- One more suggestion for Boil. The shot of him helping Kenobi on Geonosis is rather dark, and hard to really make out detail. Brightening the image really makes it appear more grainy. There is a great shot of him in his ARF trooper armor also from the Encyclopedia, and it also shows the image of Numa (still not confirmed, but we all know it's her) on his helmet clearly. Just give me the word and I can upload and add that one as well. - JMAS

Lego Star Wars III
- Is there any info about Jet in Lego Star Wars Three or the guide? If there is can you give me the info, I need it for my FA attempt. Thanks. 10:06, November 2, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks a lot. That saves time. Clone Commander Lee Talk 18:10, November 2, 2011 (UTC)
Kosh
Hello QuiGonJinn, can we still consider the Sand Tender an appearance for Kosh, given the fact the character in question seems to be the Imperial Prefect, a separate character? If not, then it should be removed from appearances. Hanzo Hasashi 22:40, November 6, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Contrail
Nah, I lost the energy, so feel free. Just make sure you do it good—we're not going to get another one of these anytime soon. :P CC7567 (talk) 21:39, November 7, 2011 (UTC)
Chris Trevas in TEA
Hey, Jinn. I just finished these two CAnoms, of which you helped find sources for. Thank you for that, and I've come to ask another favor. Chris Trevas is also featured in TEA in a picture as a human playing holochess. I was wondering if that Insider source that you gave for Wallace and Fry could also be used for Trevas. Also, if you have the Atlas, is there any way that you could upload that photo? If not, I'll ask someone else. Thanks in advance.--Cal Jedi (Personal Comm Channel) 03:28, November 17, 2011 (UTC)
- Okay. Thanks for your help. I'll see if I can find another source that says he was that guy.--Cal Jedi

Slaves of the Republic
Hey QuiGon. You're probably aware by now, but Slaves of the Republic is being adapted for Season Four in the episodes "Kidnapped," "Slaves of the Republic," and "Escape from Kadavo." Just reading the storyline for "Kidnapped," it looks like they're going to be adapting the comics into these episodes rather closely (I know that they even brought back Henry Gilroy to write the episodes, since he was the writer for the original comics), but I'm just not sure how closely they're going to adapt it. Since it doesn't appear we can treat both the episodes and comics as canon, I've suggested a proposal that we treat the comics as non-canon, since they have been superseded by the TV series; hopefully we'll get official word on this soon. As you wrote several articles based on the comic arc, I was hoping that you would be able to weigh in on that SH discussion, since this would involve you quite heavily, unfortunately. :P CC7567 (talk) 08:32, November 19, 2011 (UTC)
- Just wanted to let you know, if you weren't already aware, about a [www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=295828993771367&id=201820953172172 Facebook post] that Leland Chee made a few hours ago about the Zygerrians' appearance. He's not very definitive (as usual), but it might be a little useful in clearing up that irritating conflict. CC7567 (talk) 04:34, November 27, 2011 (UTC)
Waxer
- One question on Waxer: Did you leave the info about Waxer's message to Krell and Rex deliberately out or is this an error? Clone Commander Lee Talk 12:18, November 25, 2011 (UTC)
- Ah sorry. I was a little bit confused by CC's way of writing about the situation. Sorry. Clone Commander Lee Talk 14:14, November 25, 2011 (UTC)

Qui-Gon
I know Qui-Gon Jinn is still on your agenda, though he may be on the back burner for a while while you sort through this whole TCW Kiros/Zygerrians mess. Some time ago, you had asked for any good images of QGJ to let you know. Well I've got several good ones from his Encyclopedia entry cropped and ready to upload. Just let me know when you're ready to start focusing on QGJ again and I'll upload them for ya. I'm hesitant to do it now, because if they are only used on an user sub-page for an extended period of time, they might end up getting deleted. - JMAS

FA wondering
On your great article of BL-1707, Able, is it proper for me to add on the part where the article said the "The officer was initially fooled by the Rebels' disguise, but then he became suspicious"? Some people have never read the comic, so I plan to add "due to Able's clone instinctive "Copy that" for affirmation" to the sentence? So the total sentence will be "The officer was initially fooled by the Rebels' disguise, but then he became suspicious due to Able's clone instinctive "Copy that" for affirmation." Tell me what you think and feel free to twist it in any way you want. Anakin Skyobiliviator (talk) 08:39, December 29, 2011 (UTC)
Retired pilot
Hello QuiGon, as you are working on Unidentified retired Galactic Republic pilot for the BarnBurner, I see he appears in both the Phantom Menace novel and the short story Anakin's Fate. I see you choose to assume the novel's information to be canon to the short story. Also, I know the novel has contradictions with the movie, what about that short story? If the short story doesn't, then should that be considered the canon version of events? When different adaptations have contradicting information from the other, is there a rule as to which one should be taken for the real canon? Hanzo Hasashi 00:31, December 30, 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for taking my idea, sir. Anakin Skyobiliviator (talk) 22:03, December 30, 2011 (UTC)

Hi there QuiGon! Allow me to introduce myself; I am Plagueis327, best known in the real world as Joseph Frank. I happened to see that you have a lot of FA's, and many of those are about a TCW character or event. Well, I just wanted to see if you could check out this article I wrote, and to tell me what do I have to do, in order to make it an FA. Hope you can help me, and is a pleasure to meet a veteran wookieepedian as yourself! :D 14:47, January 11, 2012 (UTC) Plagueis327 20:50, January 11, 2012 (UTC)
Re: Belth Allusis
Hey Qui-Gon! The only information from TOR that I've come across thus far is that there is a Republic Valor-class cruiser, the Allusis, named after Belth. During the Cold War, the Mandalorian Clan Varad rebelled against the Empire and Mandalore the Vindicated and seized the ship for themselves. The ship came under attack by Republic and Imperial boarding parties. The Imperials (player characters) killed the Republic forces and took the ship from Marvis Varad, the Mandalorian clan leader. From the Journal, Satele Shan writes that she remembers that Master Allusis was a prominent member of the Jedi Council during the early years of the Great War, and that she was unsurprised by his decision to remain on Bothawui. There's also this nice little quote from Satele: "He was always a champion of lost causes, and though few knew it, he had an amazing wit. He could always be counted on to bring a touch of humor to even the most difficult discussions in the Jedi Council chamber." Other than that, it's nothing really new. Let me know if you have more questions! Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 05:30, January 15, 2012 (UTC)

X1 and Imperial Remnant
Hey QuiGonjinn; hoping you can answer a quick query since you FAed X1. A new article - X1's faction - was created, which appears to say that Elite Squadron shows X1 as a warlord rather than as a part of the Imperial Remnant. Would this be accurate at all, or was he always allied with the actual Remnant during the course of the game? - Cavalier One(Squadron channel) 14:55, March 21, 2012 (UTC)
- Fair enough. You may want to amend the X1 article if necessary to take into account the existence of the article. Thanks for the help :) - Cavalier One

Re: Battle of Kiros
Not too much info, mainly just the official name, plus the fact that it was referenced in the in-universe Jedi Battle Logs. [Redacted by administration] is the entry page for the Battle Logs Vol 2 (it's an in-game "Collection"); everything should be pretty self-explanatory. If you're looking about how to format the stuff, you can take a look at what I did for the Battle of Christophsis, Battle of Dorin, and Battle of Ryloth. Hope that helps; let me know if you have any questions. CC7567 (talk) 23:54, March 21, 2012 (UTC)
WP:VG group project
Hey, Jinn. Recently, a discussion was brought up in one of the forums for WP:VG. The topic, seen here, is a discussion of a group project. Corellian Premier originally came up with the idea, and he thought perhaps the Battlefront series would be a good one to work on. Anyway, if you have any thoughts and/or are interested in helping out, feel free to join in on the discussion, and we'll see what we can do with this. Cheers!—Cal Jedi (Personal Comm Channel) 15:39, March 28, 2012 (UTC)

I could'nt help but notice that you've made some contributions to the Memory Alpha wiki and if I'm not mistaken I think that that is a Star Trek wiki, so I was wondering if you were a Trekkie or not because I certainly am! --Brian 18:16, June 9, 2012 (UTC)

Ando (star) in "Star Wars: Anakin's Speedway"
Hi QuiGonJinn! I noticed you have played the game Star Wars: Anakin's Speedway. Could you please tell me whether the star of Ando system is featured in any way in the game (maybe it's visible in the skies of Ando Prime or mentioned somewhere...)? Thanks! Question
Hello QuiGon Jinn, as I saw you worked on the Knuckles article, does the comic actually state he changed his eye color to blue, as opposed to the possibility he might have just been produced with either a "birth" defect (all babies IRL are born with blue eyes at first), or some recessive gene somewhere in Jango Fett's DNA for blue eyes? Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 03:39, December 9, 2012 (UTC)
- Well in my P & T for NT-311 and DV-523, I said "Like all other clones of Jango Fett, [clone stormtrooper name] was 1.83 meters tall." Perhaps for Knuckles something could be said about his eyes being blue, contrary to the brown eyes of his genetic template, Jango Fett? But if you decide to leave it as is, that's fine. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 22:59, December 15, 2012 (UTC)
WP:KOTOR
As of 0:00 UTC (8:00 PM EST), I have assumed responsibilities for leading this project, due to my predecessor Cylka's inactivity. Wherever she is, I wish her well in her endeavors, and should she come back, I will gladly turn over leadership back to her. Over the next few weeks, I look forward to reviewing more articles and also wish to get more KotOR-related projects off the ground, and look forward to moving forward to bettering this project and ultimately Wookieepedia. Thank you for your continued service to Wookieepedia.—Jedi Kasra ("Indeed.") 01:04, December 20, 2012 (UTC)

Hi, I am just wondering how exactly you would manage to take episode screenshots. I was trying to get a couple from the episode Eminence this morning but I can't seem to get it right. FAN page reviewing
Hey, QGJ,
I'm writing this to you on behalf of the entire Inquisitorius. At our recent meeting, we discussed the current lack of non-INQs who are actively involved in reviewing on the FAN page, and we decided that the best solution was to simply appeal to people to review more. This first paragraph is being sent verbatim to a whole bunch of people, but the following one is being written specifically for you.
You're a great writer, but I've always been bummed that you don't review. Given that you've been nominating FANs again lately, reciprocating the reviewing love definitely wouldn't be amiss. We're trying to kickstart a somewhat-stagnant FAN page, and we'd love to have you on board the bandwagon. This is our appeal to you. Cheers, and have a great day! WP:VG milestone
Good day, gamers! WookieeProject Video Games has reached a new milestone. The members of WP:VG have taken 100 articles to Comprehensive status! The 100th article was Inspector-General, from the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II in-game databank. The full list of articles can be seen here. WP:VG and its members can be proud of the accomplishments we have made. As we near the two year mark of this ambitious project, we look back and see all the great progress and improvements we have made to Wookieepedia as a whole and the video game aspect of the wiki in particular. Most of these 100 articles would have probably been lost in the shuffle had it not been for the hard work, dedication, and patient perceptiveness of the users who comprise WP:VG. Out of all the current WookieeProjects, WookieeProject Video Games has the second highest amount of Comprehensive articles to its name. I would like to say good work and congratulations to all the members of WP:VG. Keep up the excellent job, and May the Force be with the Gamers!—Cal Jedi (Personal Comm Channel) 20:40, May 28, 2013 (UTC)
UK comics
Hi, I was wondering if you had access to any of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars Comic UK because I'm looking for sources for the Confederate–Republic peace conference article since I wanted to eventually nominate it as a good article. The reason is that I don't have any of the UK comics. Darth Pythonis (Talk) 23:31, July 24, 2013 (UTC)

Dorjander Kace
Hello Qui-Gon, I saw you originally brought the Dorjander Kace article to FA status here. He has just also become an FA on the German site, and I saw that site listed both The Essential Guide to Warfare and The New Essential Chronology as sources for him, and also includes Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: Demon as an appearance for him. Can you verify if he's indeed included in those? Also, as the comic he appeared in is a five-part comic in which he appeared in all the issues, should his appearances have all five of the issues listed separately? Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 04:15, December 31, 2013 (UTC)
- I wouldn't bother checking those sources. The German wiki's format is different from ours. They list in the sources every source that was used to write the article, not just the sources that the subject appeared in. So since the NEC and the EGtW help pin down the dates of battles and wars in which Dorjander Jace was present, they include those in the sources. Why they do that is a little confusing, but there it is. Protectorate (talk) 10:48, December 31, 2013 (UTC)
Knuckles
Hello Qui-Gon, I am going to once more bring up the subject of Knuckles' eye color, and the assumption of him changing naturally brown eyes to blue. This is actually part of a bigger issue of the article having infobox-exclusive info, which all needs to be incorporated into the article itself. I'd say as for the eye color, just say his eyes were blue, unlike the brown eyes of his clone template, Jango Fett, and source that latter part to something like Attack of the Clones. Thanks. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 14:54, March 22, 2014 (UTC)
- Yeah I knew that, but I just disagree with the way it's presented as it seems assumed he had changed his eye color, as opposed to what I brought up in the past of the possibility of a birth defect, etc. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 15:04, March 22, 2014 (UTC)
- Both his species and gender are still infobox-exclusive. Also not all the Fett clones had brown hair, and you erroneously cited that whole sentence about his height and hair color to Attack of the Clones too, instead of the Databank and the comic. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 15:13, March 22, 2014 (UTC)
- Good job with the changes. I guess what I brought up could be a sofixit, though I know it's frowned upon to make those sorts of changes when the original users are still active. I would recommend you to also look at all your other past GAs and FAs to also make sure all infobox stuff is repeated in the IU portion. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 15:29, March 22, 2014 (UTC)
